You're just a short drive from the charming town of Gruda, its cafes and restaurants and Radovcici Beach – so when you feel like getting out, you’ll find plenty of opportunities on your doorstep.

Corner of the Universe

In the heart of Dubrovnik, this modern apartment is within walking distance from all the action. Just a fifteen-minute stroll from Dubrovnik Old Town and five from Bellevue Beach, it’s a great base to come home to after discovering the many shops, restaurants and landmarks the city has to offer. One of our favourite parts is the terrace with its wonderful sea views, while a separate balcony is also shared between two bedrooms. Desks in each bedroom make working from home easy – and you can pay to use the spa, pool and fitness facilities at a nearby hotel. No wonder it caught our eye.

Time on Your Hands

A serene stay awaits you at this elegant villa. Built using traditional stone walls and wooden beams, it’s absolutely packed with character, with opulent touches in the candle chandeliers and ornate tiled floors that give it a luxurious feel. Originally built way back in the 16th century, it’s a villa that’s absolutely steeped in history, and was once monitored by the Croatian Institute for the Protection of Monuments because of its historical value to the town. We absolutely love the charming decor and artwork, that make this house feel like a real home.

You can start your day with a dip in your private outdoor hot tub to get the blood pumping, before having a rest in your swinging egg chair and listening to the world wake up. Tuck into delicious Croatian pastries for breakfast around your trendy dining set. Have a nap in the morning sunshine on one of the loungers. Cook up some Croatian kebabs on your barbecue for a tasty lunch. In the evenings, gather under your covered terrace to toast cocktails and enjoy conversations under the stars.

Based in the heart of Cavtat’s Old Town, you’ll be within easy reach of friendly restaurants and vibrant bars, where you can have a fantastic night out. You’re also close to many gorgeous beaches where you can enjoy a sea swim and sunbathe.

16th Century Sojourn

From the terrace of this beautiful old villa, you can see Lokrum Island floating off the coast of Dubrovnik in the Adriatic Sea. You’re right on the seafront here with nothing between you and the cliffs down to a secret sandy cove (Betina Cave Beach) but a private road. On top of this, it’s just a short drive or leisurely fifteen-minute stroll to the walls of Dubrovnik’s famous Old Town where narrow alleys are home to bars, restaurants and cafes galore.

Though you’d be forgiven for spending all your time at the villa itself. The terrace is home to an inviting swimming pool and a sunken, overflow Jacuzzi where you can soak with a cold drink in hand, looking out over the Adriatic Sea. Dine outdoors on the patio covered by a rustic wooden ceiling and lit by candelabra. Each terracotta-floored terrace is bursting with flowers in pots and the stone walls are draped with botanica making each balcony and outdoor lounge feel like an ancient Venetian’s holiday home.

The highlight inside has to be the conservatory-style lounge and dining room with a wall of glass windows looking out to the sea. In here, stone columns add a sense of grandeur. Across the entire home, you’ll find myriad lounges for the group to spread out, each just as lavish as the last. Bedrooms are luxurious as hotel suites with big beds and Jacuzzi tubs in the ensuites. 

Meet Me on the Terrace

Located in tranquil Martinovići, this villa is just 10 kilometres from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, in an excellent spot for discovering Croatia’s delights. The pebble beaches of Mlini and Srebeno are 4 kilometres away, and there are shops and restaurants a short drive away. We love the outside space here, where you can swim in the private pool, cook in the summer kitchen, and dine alfresco, all while admiring sea and mountain views. Contemporary and comfortable, this villa is ideal for a family or a group of friends.

However, with views overlooking the Lovrijenac fortress and the Adriatic Sea, you'll likely want to split your time between making the most of the city alongside the villa itself. Equipped with a private swimming pool, sun terrace and covered pergola dining area – the villa's garden offers a private oasis to lap up when you're not beach hopping around Dubrovnik and its nearby islands. Meanwhile, the indoor sauna is an added luxury you didn't know you needed. 




I Am An Ocean

This villa in the coastal town of Cavtat feels really private, tucked among greenery – but you’re still only a five-minute walk from the beach and local restaurants. Take in the sea views from the balcony and lounge by the private pool on lazy afternoons. Inside, it's not the largest of spaces, but traditional features like the arched doorways and brick walls give it character. The old town is just down the road, and if you hire a car, Dubrovnik’s nearby for day trips, or you can even head over the border to Herceg Novi.

Outside, you'll find shaded terraces for alfresco dining and a private pool set tucked among the trees. Everything is within walking distance – which is just as well, as cars are not allowed on Lopud. All that’s left to do is slip into island time and enjoy the view.
