Perched among the rocky cliffs, ancient churches and dramatic beaches, this contemporary apartment invites you to discover the authentic Italian beauty of Praiano. 

Rustle up some breakfast in the kitchen then step out onto the terrace to enjoy it from the outdoor sofa – there's no better way to spend a morning than sipping on a fresh cup of coffee with blue ocean stretching out before you. 

There's much to discover in central Praiano. Head to Marina di Praia beach to observe the colourful fishing boats or cool off in the shallow bay. There's even a beachfront restaurant if you're feeling peckish or just fancy trying some local food on the sand. 

Home to fresh fish and open-air markets, pick up some ingredients in town and head home for a barbecue. Gather around the outdoor table to enjoy an alfresco seafood dinner on the patio and a few glasses of Italian wine. End the evening by perching on one of the sun loungers to enjoy the sun setting over the ocean. 

Garden of Praiano

Now, this is what we call a view. Perched above the Gulf of Salerno, this villa offers breathtaking scenery everywhere you look. Our favourite spot is the terrace, where a glass of wine complements the panoramas perfectly. There's also a private Jacuzzi that makes soaking under the stars a real treat. The interior design is simple but chic, though the main bedroom doesn't feel particularly private. And, while the kitchen is on the smaller side, you'll only be a five-minute walk from the eateries in Amalfi. That's pretty hard to beat.

When the Stars Align

Perched on a dramatic cliff on the Amalfi Coast, this stunning home was originally a medieval watchtower. Now a stunning holiday home spread across four annexes, this is an excellent option for several families travelling together – there’s plenty of space for everyone. The outside space is beautiful, with a swimming pool and a series of terraces showcasing striking sea views. Unique and full of character, this home blends historic charm with modern elegance. This is a delightful home in southern Italy. 

Watching Amalfi

Tucked into the cliffs of the Amalfi Coast, this home offers an idyllic setting for a refreshing coastal escape. Spread across three floors, the rooms and terraces open up to beautiful sea views – providing an abundance of space for groups to stretch out and enjoy peace and privacy. There is also a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, plus extra services are available on request – including tours and excursions. From here, it’s just a short drive to the historic centre of Amalfi while Positano and Sorrento are also within easy reach. 


From Italy With Love

A sprawling estate located within easy driving distance of Ravello and the picturesque town of Amalfi, this place guarantees a memorable holiday on Italy's Sorrentine Peninsula. The grounds, spanning several hectares, feature a swimming pool and a basketball court. Not to mention numerous seating areas boasting unfettered views of the water. If you want to make your stay even more special, your host can arrange dinners prepared by a private chef and wine tasting beneath the bougainvillaea. 

Sea Breeze & Citrus

Located only 3 kilometres from Amalfi town and around 800 metres from Il Duoglio Beach, this villa suits a family or group of friends seeking a sun-soaked holiday. The outside space was our favourite feature – we couldn’t get enough of the Tyrrhenian Sea views from the hot tub and the seating area. Inside, two bedrooms boast balcony access, and the third has its own terrace. Just so you know, you’ll need to descend 90 steps to reach the home.

Tyrrhenian Jewel

How about waking up every morning of your holiday on the sun-soaked Amalfi Coast to the vast expanse of blue that is the Tyrrhenian Sea blending seamlessly with the periwinkle hue of the sky above it? Spending your days lounging on the coastline's classically glamorous beaches, where the hardest decision is which of the authentic trattorias to try for lunch today. And when evening rolls around? Slipping into something elegant for a pre-dinner Aperol Spritz on the balcony as the sun dips below the horizon, casting everything in a deep golden light that is unmistakably Italian. Then ambling into the picturesque town of Praiano for a dinner of freshly made pasta in unctuous sauces, freshly grilled fish and vegetables, or mouth-watering meat dishes. Sound good? Well, if it does, then this timeless holiday villa compiling two separate self-contained apartments within it might just be the perfect place to make those dreams a reality. 

Recently renovated to an exceptionally high standard without compromising any of its original charm, this home enjoys a privileged location in the hills overlooking Praiano – just above the famous San Genarro Church and offering panoramic vistas that take in both Positano and the island of Capri bobbing in the distance. 

The home itself is understated in the best possible way. Devoid of any over-the-top or flashy fixtures and fittings, it exudes an easy charm that's perfectly in keeping with its surroundings and the archetypal aesthetics of this part of Italy. Think terracotta tiles, majolica bathrooms, exposed stone and wood beam detailing, and expert placement of fine antiques alongside simpler modern pieces that fulfil a function, and ornate wrought iron balustrades. 

The first of the two apartments, sleeping up to four people in the double bed and on the sofabed in the living area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a spellbinding sea view, and two bathrooms (one en-suite and one separate). The second of the two, accessible only via external stairs, comprises a slightly larger kitchen – again with sea view – a living room, two double bedrooms and bathrooms.

The thing that really sets this home apart though, is that mesmerising view. Open your eyes each morning and be greeted by a sight that is sure to stay with you forever as the soft sounds of waves hitting the rocks below provide an atmospheric soundtrack.

Along the Path of the Gods

This villa is located just 300m from the bustling centre of Amalfi town and offers plenty of breathtaking sea views from its hilltop perch. A car is not essential here either – guests can explore the area on foot (this means climbing 300 steps down to the main piazza) or take the public lift. The villa features a bright living room decorated in a distinctive Amalfi coast style and a modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, while the fourth suite has its own living room – ideal for solo moments. Outside, the villa boasts two terraces and an outdoor dining room – the perfect for your complimentary continental breakfast each morning. Meanwhile, a private Jacuzzi tub invites you to unwind and soak up the stunning views.

The Amalfi Amore

This home captures the colours and charm of the Amalfi Coast, with sea views, blue-sky backdrops, and traditional Vietri tiles tying it all together. Designed by an architect, the villa sits high in the hills with panoramic views from almost every corner – whether you’re on one of the two terraces, relaxing in the living space, or waking up in the sea-facing bedroom. Start your morning with breakfast outdoors, then head up to the sun terrace for a soak in the jacuzzi. When you're ready to taste the local flavours, make your way to Vietri sul Mare for a plate of fresh pasta.

Amalfi Blue

Surrounded by lemon groves, this retreat is special. There’s a private saltwater swimming pool carved into the cliffside, and the views of the Mediterranean Sea are mesmerising. Designed and built in the 1960s by a renowned Italian architect, the accommodation comprises the main home and a garden house near the pool, which sleeps two guests. Inside, you’ll find dramatic vaulted ceilings and more sea vistas from the bedrooms. The private chef here can also prepare daily seasonal menus featuring the best ingredients from the locale. Another highlight of this home is the private pathway that leads directly from the villa's grounds to a rocky cove. Or for sandy beaches explore the Amalfi Coast, including the nearby Erchie Beach.

Lemon Groves

This gorgeous villa is perched on the top floor of a 450-year-old mill. The mill has been carefully renovated over the years, but the home still packs in an impressive level of historic charm.

You’ll start to fall in love with this ivy-clad beauty as soon as you approach. It’s situated on the coastal road that connects Ravello and Amalfi, benefitting from the beautiful beaches of Amalfi and the artistic vibe of Ravello. It takes nine minutes to drive into Ravello, where you’ll find the lush terraced gardens the town is known for. The drive to Amalfi takes eleven minutes, so you can be sipping a chilled glass of wine while taking in the coastal view in no time. 

The main focal point of the villa is the huge terrace. Two of the three bedrooms lead directly onto it, so you might wake up to sunshine on your pillow. The terrace looks out over the rugged landscape, in a fantastical setting. Lying out on the sun loungers, you’ll feel a million miles away from your normal life. 

After breakfast on the terrace and a morning spent soaking up the sun, why not drive eight minutes to the beach at Atrani? Splash in the cool, clear sea before grabbing lunch at a nearby trattoria. 


The Dragon's Lair

Perched above the Amalfi Coast, this historic home offers breathtaking views from Capo d’Orso to the Gulf of Salerno. With sprawling terraces, lush gardens and plenty of space to gather, it’s ideal for unforgettable celebrations or slow, sun-drenched escapes. You're just minutes from Amalfi, yet worlds away in tranquillity. At full occupancy, some guests will sleep on sofa beds. Access involves climbing around one hundred steps, so you may want to pack light. But with unparalleled views like these, it's more than worth it.
