Just outside of Sorrento, this two-level penthouse apartment offers a super convenient location just 500 metres from the beach. While parking is a little tricky here, you can easily explore the local area on foot, with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are also great transport links to the Amalfi Coast and neighbouring towns and villages like Positano. The star of the show here is the private terrace, which offers beautiful views, a small private pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi bath and an alfresco dining area. 

A Little Piece of Paradise

Set in the town of Sant'Agnello, this sleek suite is an ideal crash pad for those who are always on the go. Inside, there’s a trendy white and grey colour scheme and a large window that floods the space with natural light. The kitchenette has just the basics – a fridge and hot drinks-making facilities – so leave your chef’s hat at home and sample the eateries within walking distance of your building. 

After a rejuvenating snooze in the king-size bed, curl up with a coffee on the sofa or work remotely at the dedicated desk. If exploring is on the agenda, take the short car ride over to Sorrento for a wander around the charming cobbled streets and a gelato in the Villa Comunale di Sorrento. Should you fancy a day at the beach, Spiaggia La Marinella, with its clear Tyrrhenian waters, is within walking distance of your doorstep.

Based on the gorgeous Sorrento Coast, this home is nestled in a large garden that’s filled with palm trees and camellias, providing a peaceful place to relax in the sunshine. A stay here means you’ll also have shared access to the beautiful outdoor pool, a great spot for feeling refreshed and rejuvenated when the Italian heat turns up.

We love the kitchen, with ornate tiling and gorgeous marble surfaces that make it feel inviting for cooking up delicious Italian salads and pasta dishes. The lounge is lovely too, featuring a wonderful fireplace for cosying up next to on colder winter evenings. Each bedroom features its own en-suite, so all guests can feel like a VIP when they stay here.

When you want to venture out and explore, you’ll be well placed for visiting the beach – there’s even a beach elevator based a short stroll away, so you can get down to the sand with ease. Here, there’s a wonderful beach resort where you can enjoy a Prosecco in the sunshine. The heart of Sorrento isn’t far off either for when you want to visit lovely bars and cafes.

Palm-Lined Living

You’re at the gateway to the stunning Amalfi Coast with a stay at this smart bolthole set in Sant'Agnello, a charming neighbourhood fringing Sorrento. Perched just two hundred metres from the lift leading down to the glorious sandy shores of Marinella Beach, a fifteen-minute walk from the centre of Sorrento, and with quick connections to legendary Pompeii and Capri, you couldn’t dream up a better location. And you could never go hungry here, with Nonna-esque pizzerias and traditional trattorias for the freshest seafood imaginable just fifty metres from your door.

Back home, those dazzling views of lofty palms and the distant sea first caught our eye at this apartment set in a handsome period building. Designed to make the most of the panoramas from all angles, the impressive balcony linking the living room and one of the bedrooms is the spot to drink up the vistas (preferably with a glass of chilled Campanian wine in hand). But if the weather doesn’t buck up, curl up with freshly brewed coffees inside on the sofa and drink up the landscapes through the picture windows instead – it’s just as inviting.

Gateway to Amalfi

Perfect for couples and solo travellers alike, this modern room is a delightful place to relax at the end of a day spent sightseeing along the Amalfi coast. Inside, whitewashed walls and a medley of blue hues create a calming atmosphere. While there is no kitchen here, you’re within walking distance of a number of eateries, so you’ll certainly never go hungry. 

When you’re ready to explore, take the short drive over to Sorrento for its winding narrow streets, tempting gelato bars, quaint souvenir shops and seafront drinking establishments serving zesty snifters of limoncello. If a dip in the Tyrrhenian is in order, head to Peter’s Beach or stay closer to home and visit Spiaggia La Marinella – it’s only a short walk from your building.

But actually, we found the location the most desirable thing about this home – you'll find a shop and restaurant less than 300m away and when you're eager to explore the port of Sorrento or the narrow alleys of Sant'Agnello, find public transport only minutes away.    

The Crystal Moon

Welcome to a gorgeous outdoor that instantly brings you to life. Decorated in bright colours and adorned by tropical plant life, it's an oasis of upbeat, cheery vibes. 

A compact pool is lined with sun loungers, perfect for the afternoons where you want to catch a sun-kissed glow. Take refreshing dips in the pool to cool off or shelter under the veranda on the cute outdoor table. Capable of hosting eight people, it's a cosy spot to share pizza, wine and chat about the days ahead. 

Wander inside the home and the decor changes to neutral tones and whitewashed walls. Splashes of colour are dotted about to provide a touch of exuberance, complementing the deluxe fittings. For a blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, the balcony on the second floor is an idyllic spot to relax with a drink. 

The home is nestled in the quiet suburb of Sant’Agnello, just a few minutes from Sorrento. Peaceful and sleepy, it offers a welcome contrast to the vibrancy of Sorrento. If you did want a more enlivened scene, Sorrento's bars and restaurants are just moments away. 

Oasis Gardens

With breathtaking features, this beautiful villa can be found on the Sorrento Coast, where it was built back in the 1700s. Originally home to Jesuit monks, the home has since been the perfect location for family reunions or big groups since it can comfortably sleep twenty guests over four floors. 

Apart from the striking architecture, the home's standout feature has to be the exquisite stained glass windows. Alongside the Maiolica pottery, warm wood elements, and the choice of furnishings, the space feels comfortable and lived-in without ever compromising on any aspects of a traditional Sorrento coastal home or losing any of its original charm. 

From the balcony, you'll be able to spot the ocean on the horizon as you nurse a cup of freshly-brewed coffee. Downstairs, on the patio in front of the house, you can enjoy meals al fresco when you're not dining out in Sorrento. The beautiful coastal town is only a short walk away, and so is the beach.

Located in Sant'Agnello, this stylish apartment couldn’t be more conveniently placed. Just a short stroll from an array of shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach, you have everything you need within close proximity which is great news if you’re not the biggest fan of driving. Sorrento centre is just two kilometres away, and many other towns like Positano and Naples can be reached via public transport. The highlight here has to be the private terrace, which offers a quiet spot to catch some rays from the sun loungers or enjoy an alfresco breakfast. 

Seaview & Sand

This expansive white-walled house is surrounded by fenced gardens, well-manicured lawns, and a shimmering pool. Whether you want to soak up the Sicilian sunshine or enjoy an alfresco meal with your loved ones as the sun sets, this home’s roof terrace is ideal. We adore its stunning views over Mount Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples. You’ll find here a dining table for eight, benches, sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.

Inside this recently renovated apartment, French doors allow plenty of light in. Two of the double bedrooms have access to the main terrace, while the other double bedroom has doors to a smaller balcony, so you can walk straight out in the morning – how wonderful is that?

When you fancy exploring the area, it couldn’t be easier – the beautiful coastal town of Sorrento is a short drive away (it's also easily walkable if you prefer).
