This villa offers the best of both worlds – a peaceful retreat in the rolling Valpolicella hills, yet close to Verona’s historic, bustling streets. The outdoor space is the real star of the show. You can swim in the pool, dine under the portico, or simply soak up the scenery from the panoramic terrace. Those stunning views look just as good from inside, thanks to the large windows that flood the living spaces with light. There’s also a gym and plenty of room to unwind. And when you’re ready to explore, Verona, Lake Garda and the region’s celebrated wineries are all within easy reach.

The Rolling Groves

We couldn’t think of a better spot to admire the views across Lake Garda than from the garden of this home. There’s a private pool, a jacuzzi and a perfectly positioned terrace – a sweet setting for sunset drinks. Inside, there are three self-contained apartments, making it the ideal base for groups looking to relax and enjoy quality time together. You will need a car to get around here, but it’s just 5 kilometres to the nearest town of Salò where you’ll find the beach along with a great selection of restaurants and shops. 


The Amber Tree

Set just outside the charming town of Salò, this is a period home with views stretching across the southern shores of Lake Garda. Surrounded by olive trees and mature gardens, this four-level villa blends classic Italian elegance with modern comforts, offering a warm and welcoming base for family getaways. Inside, original furnishings, a piano and a fireplace add timeless character, while the outside, the private pool, shaded veranda and barbecue area invite long, leisurely days under the sun, all just minutes from the lake.

Venetian Elegance

This historic villa is in Gargano, a small town with a beautiful town centre, right on the shores of Lake Garda. There are restaurants and shops to explore nearby if you can tear yourselves away from the terrace, where you can admire breathtaking views of  Lake Garda. There’s an alfresco dining area and a private swimming pool, in addition to a garden spread over five levels. With its olive and lemon trees, fragrant bougainvillea, and ancient stone walls, it feels like something from a storybook. 


The Garden by the Lake

This lakeside home caught our eye for its panoramic views of Lake Garda. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, tucking into an alfresco meal, or relaxing in the living area, you’ll be able to admire the water vistas. And with each bedroom also boasting lake views – including the family room which has a double bed and a bunk bed – you’ll be spoilt for choice. Outdoor living is easy here, thanks to the summer kitchen and barbecue, and there’s a ping pong table to keep the kids entertained while you cook. Location-wise, you’re in the village of Castelletto di Brenzone, with walking and cycling routes on your doorstep, a lakeside beach just 600 metres away, and water sports aplenty nearby.

Lakeside Life

Set within the boundary wall of the Botanical Gardens, this villa has peace and tranquillity at its core. With all of the bedrooms on the upper floor, it’s not the best choice for those who struggle with stairs, but it’s a comfortable home with all the mod-cons you could wish for. The Mediterranean gardens and private pool offer a little slice of solitude to soak up the sun, and with the ferry dock just a short walk away, you can be out on the lake exploring the local area in no time. 

The Green Retreat

Set on the banks of Lake Garda, this villa is as close to the water as you can get. And there’s no better place to soak up the views than from the private pool or on the dining terrace. Inside, a family or group of friends have plenty of space to spread out, and the kitchen is well-appointed for those who like to cook. You will need a car to get around here, but it’s just a short drive to Lake Garda and Verona. Plus, the Adige River is just a short walk away.

Enjoy a peaceful retreat at this renovated farmhouse apartment just fifteen minutes from the banks of Lake Garda. The characterful home enjoys its own private terrace, as well as shared access to a flower-filled communal garden and children's playground. With a range of water sports and scenic walks just a short drive away, there really is something for everyone – including your furry friends, if you choose to take them along.

Inside, the characterful home has been traditionally decorated with red and green accents (all we can see is the Italian flag!) letting the striking exposed stone ceiling do the talking. In the homely bedroom, double doors lead directly onto the terrace, so you can wake up and immediately step out into the morning sun.

The lakefront town of Gargnano is within easy reach. Here, you'll find picturesque streets lined with colourful centuries-old buildings. Choose a down-to-earth Italian restaurant to sample the local cuisine, and enjoy a creamy gelato as you stroll along the water. Don't leave without picking up a bottle of the region's wine to sip in your garden as the sun dips into the inky lake.

The Stone Ceiling

A stone’s throw from the crystal clear waters of Lake Garda lies this traditional villa between Gargnano and  Toscolano Maderno. You can expect original features and interiors here, which may not suit the design-oriented traveller, but you can appreciate the authentic charm.
