Plus, Moniga’s charming harbour and castle are just moments away, waiting to be explored.

Garda's Delight

Just a stone’s throw from the shimmering turquoise of Lake Garda, this slick two-bedroom apartment nails the art of easy living. Nestled in Desenzano’s bustling heart, it’s where history meets local charm—Roman ruins, a medieval castle, and a lively harbour are all a leisurely stroll away. Inside, you’ve got space to kick back, a sleek kitchen for whipping up home-cooked meals and a large corner balcony perfect for sunset drinks. If you’re after a chic base with a splash of authentic Italian flavour, this one’s a keeper.



Garda Getaway

We couldn’t think of a better spot to admire the views across Lake Garda than from the garden of this home. There’s a private pool, a jacuzzi and a perfectly positioned terrace – a sweet setting for sunset drinks. Inside, there are three self-contained apartments, making it the ideal base for groups looking to relax and enjoy quality time together. You will need a car to get around here, but it’s just 5 kilometres to the nearest town of Salò where you’ll find the beach along with a great selection of restaurants and shops. 


The Amber Tree

A ten-minute walk from Italy's largest lake, Garda, this villa celebrates the iconic landmark with a terrace and private pool to admire the views. And though the interior can't begin to compete with the beautiful vistas – some might even find some elements dated – the home is comfortable and family-friendly, granting everyone a little privacy by splitting itself into two apartments. Don't worry, though, it's not entirely separate but still connected internally, and with plenty of seating outdoors, there's ample opportunity to socialise. As for location, Salò, with all its restaurants and shops, is only minutes away.

You can wander through Desenzano del Garda to the shores of Lake Garda in under ten minutes, to admire the crystal clear waters and mountain backdrop. Foodies will find plenty of charming restaurants nearby, serving up family favourites cooked using local ingredients, while history fans can visit the Antiquarium, just a fifteen-minute walk away. And, if you fancy a day trip, you can drive to the ancient city of Verona in just forty minutes. 

Light of the Chandelier

Surrounded by gardens and with an outdoor lounge, pristine pool and alfresco dining area, this impressive villa is a great spot for those wanting to enjoy a memorable retreat on Lake Garda. Perfect for a family or group of friends, it’s the ideal home for laidback trips and celebrations alike. The designs are minimal but inviting, with plenty of indoor space for downtime. There’s a barbecue for grilled Italian feasts on the patio, though you’ll also find Solarolo’s local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Lake Garda’s beaches and Porto di Dusano marina are also nearby, so you couldn’t ask for a better location.

This charming home is a pastel-toned delight. Chandeliers and peach hues combine to create a home that could be a Sofia Coppola set, with screen-worthy views to boot. Spread over two floors, this home is full of thoughtful touches to make your stay memorable for all the right reasons. 

Start your day on the spacious terrace, drinking in the breath-taking views of the lake while sipping your morning coffee. Whip up breakfast in the elegant stone-tiled kitchen then plan how to spend your day. We could easily spend hours in the rooftop pool, lazily floating in the sunshine with a backdrop of exquisite scenery. 

After you’ve dried off in the sun, head into the historic centre of Padenghe and enjoy lunch in a trattoria. Wander the streets with a gelato, or call into cafes for coffee and watch the world go by – there’s no need to rush, you’re in Italy after all. The jewel in Padenghe’s crown is undoubtedly the castle; whether you’re a history buff or you’re just in it for the views of Garda, it’s well worth strolling five minutes up the hill to explore. Further afield, beautiful Sirmione is less than ten miles away. 

However you spend your stay, make sure you spend at least one evening on the terrace with a glass of something local, watching the sun set slowly over the lake. If you’re anything like us, you’d kick yourself for missing it. 


Cotton Candy Castle

A stone's throw from the sandy shores and harbour of Lake Garda lies this beautiful apartment, bathed in red. Spread over two floors, everyone will have the space to stretch their legs here. Lounge on the sofa in the open-plan living space while natural light fills the home, or breathe in the fresh air and lakeside views from the cosy balcony. The rich history of the building can be glimpsed in the touches of the original construction that were kept after the 2021 renovation – the wrought iron decor on the staircase railings, and the ornate windows. The traditional blends seamlessly with the modern, with the fully-equipped kitchen allowing you to whip up some fantastic home-cooked meals. That is, when you're not out exploring the dining opportunities that Desenzano del Garda has to offer.

The resort town of Desenzano del Garda has plenty for you to explore, whether by car or on foot. You'll be within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants and cafes, and you'll be just minutes from a stroll along the beautiful beaches and shores that line Lake Garda. For those looking to immerse themselves in the history and culture part of the town, head up to the Roman villa of Desenzano, where you can admire ruins and ancient mosaics. No matter what you're hoping to find on your trip – good food, beautiful scenery, wine tasting, boat tours, and a home away from home, you'll find it all in this little corner of Brescia.

Cherry Slate

Located just a ten-minute walk from Soiano, on the shores of beautiful Lake Garda, this villa is ideally suited for exploring the towns in the area. You'll find sandy beaches just 4km away, as well as the Garda Golf Centre 2km from your door. It's also a great destination for hikers and cyclists after scenic trails along the lake. With a large garden, complete with a swimming pool, sun terrace, shaded dining area and play area for the kids, the home offers complete privacy and space to stretch out. Inside, there are also plenty of bright and spacious living areas to relax, with one double bedroom having access to a private balcony overlooking the idyllic surroundings. 

Woods & Waters

Set on the banks of Lake Garda, this villa is as close to the water as you can get. And there’s no better place to soak up the views than from the private pool or on the dining terrace. Inside, a family or group of friends have plenty of space to spread out, and the kitchen is well-appointed for those who like to cook. While the bedrooms are comfortable, it’s worth noting there aren’t any bedside tables or reading lights. Keen to explore? The charming town of Lazise is a short drive away. 

Glorious Garda

Sitting up in a prime position overlooking Lake Garda, this wonderful villa boasts some absolutely breathtaking views of the lake and the many terracotta-topped buildings that surround it. Here, you'll have an outdoor pool to keep you cool, together with a huge private garden for you to explore on sunny days, plus a dining terrace for sipping cocktails at sunset. The inside of the home is lovely too, with a chalet-style design that might feel a little old-fashioned, but is still warm and welcoming – and the living space has some gorgeous views through its floor-to-ceiling windows.

This lakeside villa was built with larger groups in mind. With three large lounges, a pool complete with pool house and an extensive outdoor deck, you can take your pick of places to spend time with friends. If you don’t want to miss the action but crave a little bit more me-time, you can always opt for the separate loft room; it comes with its own personal kitchenette (hello, late-night snacks). The home’s perfectly manicured garden is just steps away from Lake Garda – we can’t think of a set-up more perfect than this.
