This stunning apartment makes for a dreamy setting for holidays with family or friends. It overlooks the sea from a privileged spot on the island of Ortigia. There are two large terraces so you’ll find every opportunity to admire those sea views, and there are plenty of tall windows inside to showcase them too. We love how much room there is here, with a variety of seating areas so you can gather together or enjoy a quiet moment by yourself. Every bedroom has a private bathroom, making this an excellent base for a stress-free stay, even with a large group.

The Lady of Ortigia

On the sun-dappled coast of southern Sicily, the Baroque city of Noto shines with the majestic charm of the region. And nestled within its centre, this home provides the perfect setting for an immersive island escape.

From the soft light and earthy tones to the rustic furnishings, every detail inspires a wonderful sense of welcome. On the ground floor, you'll find the living room opens up onto a private terrace – inviting you to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or dusky pink sunset drinks.

Back inside, this dynamic space brings a romantic touch to daily living. And whether you’re enjoying a candlelit dinner or relaxing in the ensuite bedrooms, it’s easy to feel captivated by the simplicity of this home.

From here, it’s just a short walk into the centre where days can be spent strolling along the enchanting baroque alleys, savouring gelatos and mingling with locals in tiny bars and restaurants. And for explorations along the shimmering coastline, you’ll find Lido di Noto is 3km from here, while some of the island’s most secluded beaches are just a short drive away.

Felicità

With a private pool, private hot tub, and alfresco dining area to enjoy, outdoor living is easy at this Sicilian home. And indoors, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area bring the outside in. While the lounge area here is very small, with so much on offer on the other side of the glass, that needn’t be a deal-breaker. Location-wise, you’re a five-minute drive from the seaside resort of Marina di Ragusa, and the pretty hilltop town of Ragusa can be reached in less than half an hour.

A Golden Realm

There’s no doubt this countryside villa oozes Italian charm with its traditional dry stone façade and evocative rural surroundings. Located next to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ragusa, and twenty minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, this home provides easy access to the region’s significant cultural sites and enticing coastal views. There’s perfect harmony between the outside and inside here - combining authentic character and contemporary comfort - you’ll feel instantly at home.

This restored and converted home has perfectly preserved its original rustic simplicity. Step inside and be instantly embraced by its traditional charm – we love the authentic details, period stonework, fireplaces and beamed ceilings making it feel like an indulgent Italian sanctuary. Each space has been individually considered so that the historical features are synchronised with design-focused materials – think raw metal and sleek glass accents that make you and your guests feel part of this home’s unique landscape. Spend indulgent days soaking up the sun by the pool before cooling off in the sparkling waters. There’s an inspirational feeling to adopt in this home – get in touch with your creative side in the art studio, or try out an Italian classic in the rustic kitchen. Delight in the day’s highlights and share special moments with your group over an intimate dinner in the artistic dining room.

If you want to get out and explore, beeline for Ragusa to admire the Duomo di San Giorgio and Baroque buildings, before heading to Giardino Ibleo park for sweeping views across the city.

The Artist's Stone Studio

Modern and bright, this apartment offers a comfortable base for those looking to stay in the heart of Isola di Ortigia. You'll be a short walk from Fonte Aretusa, Syracuse Cathedral and the vibrant marina’s waterfront eateries and bars, while the Ionian waters of Cala Rossa are within easy reach. There's a modern kitchen, an inviting living room, and a laptop-friendly workspace for those needing to work during their stay. But the real standouts here are the balconies, which serve as lovely spots for evening drinks after a day of sightseeing.

In the Heart of Ortigia

We know waking up early on holiday isn't always what you want to do, but we guarantee a stay in this 1900s townhouse will transform you into an early riser. Situated at a vantage point overlooking panoramic scenes of Modica, when you walk out onto the balcony and witness magnificent views of the light forming over the town, you'll be sure to feel energised for the day ahead. That's important as there's a lot to do and see in this stunning region of Sicily.

Modica itself is a Unesco town with years of history to explore. Wander its wonderful streets and make sure to indulge in lots of chocolate here – the town has a 400-year tradition of Sicilian chocolate making. We recommend checking out the centrepiece of the town, the Duomo di San Giorgio, which is one of the most spectacular sights of Baroque architecture in Sicily. But if days walking around is too much, then why not spend a day at one of the fine beaches in this area? Sampieri is one of the most famous and it's only a twenty-eight-minute drive. No matter what you choose to do during the day, we guarantee you'll end up spending your evenings on this home's balcony watching the lights of Modica twinkle at night while sipping on a glass of something tasty. Magical.

Early Riser

Right next to the shimmering azure waters of the south Sicilian coast – mere steps away from the beachfront – this gorgeous two-bedroom villa awaits its next lucky guests. Step inside and you’ll find sea-coloured tiles, modern furnishing and a cosy atmosphere – but it’s the exterior that truly dazzles. Here you'll be greeted by a large outdoor dining table, perfect for alfresco dinners at sunset, then go down a couple of steps to reach your own private salt pool. Surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas and a chill-out nook perfect for a casual chat over a cocktail, once you’re here, you won’t want to leave this spot.

 Villa Sun

This exceptional Sicilian villa is the ideal place for friends and families to discover the island's southern shores. Just a fifteen minute walk from Santa Maria del Focallo, one of the region's most popular beaches, the villa was designed by a local architect and is replete with charming touches and useful amenities. Indoors, you'll find three cosy bedrooms, a large social dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. However, this home's true appeal is arguably outside, with a large private pool, a shaded veranda, and an outdoor kitchen all waiting to be used. Should you wish to get off the grounds for a day, the baroque city of Noto is a thirty five minute drive away, while Syracuse on the eastern coast can be reached in under an hour.

Hibiscus Dreams

You won’t have to go far for a beach day here, as this bright and breezy villa is situated just 60m from the sand. When you’re not busy by the sea, you’ll feel right at home beside the sunny swimming pool or relaxing in the rooftop hot tub. The rooms are bright and modern too, setting the scene for relaxation. And this home is also a short drive from shops, cafes, and restaurants in Marina di Ragusa, so you can sample local life, Sicilian style.

Charming Sicily

Located in southeastern Sicily, this villa is ideal for families and groups of friends. Spend your days lazing by the pool or at the nearest beach, which is just 400 metres away. Are you craving sightseeing of substance? Some of the region's most impressive UNESCO World Heritage Sites are only a short drive away. With a compact kitchen perfect for light summer bites, sustainable interiors, a rooftop Jacuzzi, and a sprawling garden rich in lemon trees and flowering shrubs, this place acts as a peaceful retreat when staying in Val di Noto.

Stargazer's Paradise

Found close to the northern coastline of the island of Gozo, this home constructed from the island's distinctive honey-coloured stone is somewhere where you can well and truly embrace the slower pace of life.

Summer afternoons can be passed in the swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and loungers or up on the upper-floor terrace complete with a dreamy view of the Maltese countryside. When guests ever get a bit peckish, all you have to do is fire up the brick barbecue and serve up some smoky flavours on the alfresco dining table.

There's plenty to like about what lies inside the home's four walls, which are lined with large grid windows that bathe the space with copious amounts of natural light. The design leans toward the rustic side, with wooden beams, exposed stonework and cool tiled flooring. Fans of indulgent soaks will also appreciate the fact that there are three bathtubs in which to lie back and relax.

Although you can easily have a lovely time without leaving the address, you'll find plenty of distractions in the local area, too. The red sands of Ramla beach take twenty minutes to reach on foot, while Ġgantija temples – thought to have been built in 3600BC – are just over five minutes' drive away.

Highly Civilised

Take things up a notch with a stay at this Baroque riad, where an inner-courtyard private plunge pool and shared wellness centre set the scene for total relaxation. Blissfully secluded, it’s hard to believe the lively restaurants and shops of Noto are just moments away. But good luck convincing anyone to leave – this home makes a lasting impression. Indoor and outdoor living blend effortlessly, with plenty of space to spill out into the riad courtyard to soak up the sunshine. After dark, this place comes into its own, with the garden lit for atmospheric meals and a cinema room for cosy film nights.
