Perfect for families and groups of friends, you’ll love gathering around the large dining table for a slow Italian breakfast, before following the fresh air out into the countryside. And the best way to see it is on foot or by bike. Make your way into Conegliano to mingle with locals in the square before heading up to the Castle – a thirty–three minute walk. We love the mix of character details and contemporary touches, from the marble mantelpiece to the mural inspired by Venetian gardens. It has all the essentials to settle in nicely, too – comfortable beds, a full kitchen, and a duo of bathrooms. Topping it all off is the fantastic location. You'll be in the heart of Venice here, just a fifteen-minute stroll from St Mark's Square, Doge's Palace, and the Bridge of Sighs.

Venetian Serenity

This snug but stylish apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Venice. Five minutes from St. Mark's Square, the Rialto Bridge, and a variety of shops and eateries, we can't think of a better base for sightseeing. You'll even catch a glimpse of Rio de San Zulian canal from the bedroom windows. It's definitely on the more compact side (especially the kitchen), but beamed ceilings, dusty pink accents, and the foliage-inspired accent wall really pack a punch. All in all, we think it works well for friends and families looking for a central location.

Venetian Mystique

Housed in a historical Palazzo – this apartment not only has wonderful canal views from its living room and bedrooms, but it has a shared sunny terrace and solarium as well – perfect for a glass of Prosecco. Located in Castello, there are plenty of antique ateliers, local food shops and traditional restaurants in the locale. Attractions nearby include the Biennale Gardens which hosts the Venice Biennale, as well as the Church of San Giorgio dei Greci. All the delights of San Marco Square are just a five-minute stroll away too.

A Venetian Gem

This Italian home offers the best of both worlds – you’re in a peaceful spot, yet only a fifteen-minute drive from the historic city of Padua. Built in 1820, the villa consists of everything you could wish for and more. The charm of this home rests in its infinite list of hidden surprises, in each and every room, prepare to be amazed at the never-ending array of things to see and do. At the heart of the home, there is a vast living room of nearly 200 square metres – furnished with amenities; it is divided into several zones to enjoy moments of solitude while still spending quality time as one big group. From the relaxation zone with a TV and the reading area with an extensive well-stocked library to the kitchen and dining area – we love how the layout and open space of the main living quarters creates a sociable space to enjoy together. 

Take a stroll in the gardens, where tall trees and plants form a serene setting for strolling amidst the abundance of flora and fauna. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the fish and turtles swimming in the pond. Once you've taken it all in, head back to the Mediterranean conservatory lounge for some shisha and herbal tea. From there, the world is your oyster. Why not book a massage at the spa? Or head out to discover the local town of Vitorio Venito steeping in history. It's safe to say we wouldn't recommend leaving here without going on a wine tour and tastings of one of the local Prosecco vineyards either. 




Prosecco Mansion

This fabulous first-floor apartment in central Venice boasts a combination of authentic architectural features, and inimitable Italian interiors along with elements of modern design. Comprising an open plan kitchen, dining and living room – think chandeliers, wooden floors and beamed ceilings – as well as two beautiful bedrooms, this historic home is perfect for a couple of couples or small family seeking to explore this unique city, known as the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’.  

You’ll love waking up in the majestic master bedroom and flinging open the wooden shutters for views of canal and canal boats before taking your morning coffee back to bed. Prepare firm family favourites in the well-equipped kitchen and dine together beside the open windows. As the light fades, draw the rich red curtains, light some candles and chill out on the gorgeous green easy chair in the atmospheric living room.  

If you fancy getting out and about, your home’s location on the Campo Santa Fosca in the charming Cannaregio district means you’re within walking distance of an embarrassment of cultural and architectural riches. Why not walk across the ravishing Rialto or wander about the magnificent Piazza San Marco? Alternatively, foodies will be delighted to find that the nearby Fondamenta della Misericordia and Riva del Ormesini offer an excellent choice of taverns and wine bars come lunch, dinner or digestif time.


Oak & Ruby

This characterful two-storey apartment is found on Murano, one of Venice's smaller islands located a mile north of the Centro Storico. With its open spaces and exposed red brickwork reminiscent of a New York loft, there's lots to admire about this stylish setting, particularly the aquamarine kitchen and breakfast bar. A group of four may need to adjust to having two beds – including one sofa bed – in the same upstairs bedroom, but there's still plenty of room to relax and get comfortable. While Murano is well known for it's history of glassmaking, you'll also be five minutes from the nearest vaporetto stop, where water buses can take you across to Venice's star attractions.

Venetian Loft

Get a taste of scaled-down palazzo living in this beautiful apartment in the quiet village of Asolo. Full of antique furniture, paintings and curios, this home will scratch for a lavish Italian interior – from its exposed stone walls to its ornate chandeliers. While the mezzanine area is closed off to guests, there’s plenty of space to make the most of this home, including a generous living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. When you’re ready to explore, Asolo is right on your doorstep – explore the cobblestoned streets, or have dinner at the bistro right under the apartment.

Antique Abode

With a central yet quiet location, this home in Venice's San Marco offers an atmospheric base you'll love spending time in – just look at the wood beams on the ceiling and that fantastic terrace overlooking a canal. This home is suited to both families and couples travelling together, as the twin room can be turned into a double, offering flexibility. The canal outside is quiet and the streets opposite are off the beaten path, meaning you'll get plenty of peace here despite being a short stroll from town squares, famous bridges, and delicious eateries. 

The Canals & The Terrace

If this canalside apartment isn't in a stellar location, nothing is. It's right along the Zattere waterfront, just a one-minute stroll from the Gallerie dell'Accademia and its famous bridge. The setting is undoubtedly the highlight, but this studio-style apartment gets points for style, too. Sure, it's compact, but it has plenty of character. The bed is on the mezzanine tucked under the wooden-beamed ceiling, creating separation from the living area downstairs. We think it's perfect for couples or solo travellers looking for a comfortable and central base in Venice.
