It's available only for monthly stays, making it perfect for exploring Beverly Hills and beyond in comfort and style.

Spanish Grandeur

Set right on the sunny West Coast, this beautiful home oozes mid-century charm, and by echoing the relaxed vibe of its Long Beach surroundings, is the perfect place for rest and rejuvenation. 

Imagine yourself here, sipping freshly-brewed coffee with your feet up as you read in the light of the striking living room. Using the statement wall in there as a backdrop for family holiday photos is one of the features we love most about it, but we can’t deny that the outdoor space is our absolute favourite. 

Find yourself out by the pool after a quick breakfast and bask in the sun as you catch up on podcasts in the sun lounger, or find shade under the gazebo or patio umbrella. Pour drinks, enjoy each other’s company, take a dip in the pool whenever you need cooling down, and allow yourself to unwind. 

Drive minutes away to spend entire days on the beach, exploring the restaurant and bars of the area before going sailing at the Shoreline Yacht Club.


Mid-Century Paradise

Exquisitely designed and situated a fifteen-minute walk from the warm sands of Venice Beach, this contemporary bungalow is an ultra-modern delight hidden behind a humble timber-framed facade. Pristine white and sleek black tones, including the porch's checkered floor tiles, make for a monochrome-themed pad that’s as aesthetically pleasing as it is relaxing. 

We absolutely love how the home's design blurs the lines between indoors and outdoors. The living room opens up to a small terrace by way of a disappearing glass wall, making for a tranquil space that allows you to savour the fresh air from the comfort of your cosy sofa. When you get the urge to explore your local area, a short stroll will take you to the Abbot Kinney Boulevard strip where you’ll find a range of trendy boutiques and buzzy restaurants.

Monochrome Magnet

This wonderful home is in the highly sought-after neighbourhood of Silver Strand, just a few steps from Grand Canal Esplanade and its beaches. High ceilings and huge windows fill the home with light, while fireplaces keep things cosy after dark. We love the rooftop terrace with mountain views, as well as the balcony that looks out over the patio and gardens. Your host can help arrange spa treatments and private chefs to make your stay all the more special. 

International Art

With its array of breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants, where better to make your West Coast base than right here in Downtown LA? In touching distance of it all, this glamorous apartment suite sits high up in the skyline, boasting wonderful views of the city. With floor-to-ceiling windows in the sleeping quarters, you don't even have to move from your bed to take in these sights either. Inside, the interior runs with a monochromatic theme to keeps things simple, but it's the building's shared amenities that really catch the eye. Guests can enjoy access to an outdoor heated swimming pool complete with cabanas and chaise longues running around the sides, while just next door to this there's a full-length basketball court in case you want to shoot some hoops. What's more, in true LA style, you can also make full use of the fitness centre with a Peloton room, plus a sauna and steam room as a reward for afterwards.

Dearly Beloved

You come to LA to have fun, right? Well, the good times start even before you've left your living room in this contemporary downtown apartment. Light floods the space from the floor-to-ceiling windows, while the private balcony treats you to an incredible view of the city. Elsewhere in the building, there are plenty of ways to spend your downtime. Head to the heated pool where you can cool off with a dip or lounge back on one of the cabanas that overlook the water. Just opposite, there's a full-size basketball court where you can channel your inner Laker, or you can exert yourself in the shared gym and Peloton room, before easing down in the sauna and steam room. There are plenty of opportunities to meet the neighbours in the indoor and outdoor lounges — you'll be immersed in the laid-back LA lifestyle even before you hit the streets. When you do, you'll realise this apartment is perfectly placed for the best of the city’s bars, restaurants and entertainment. Reaching other parts of the city is a breeze too, with the metro just a five-minute walk. Who said you need a car in LA?

Skyview Central

This modern marvel brings the glamour of Los Angeles right to your doorstep. Catch some surf down at Alamitos Beach, just an eight-minute drive away. Or head into downtown Los Angeles for sightseeing and shopping galore. And with Disneyland conveniently located only a twenty-minute drive away, it is the ideal spot for families and thrill-seeking guests. Whatever your itinerary, with this home as your base, you'll get into the groove of California living in no time. 

Bohemian Groove

From the grey timber exterior to the walls painted in shades of ocean blue, this is a home where colour is used to create a certain atmosphere. Step through the front door and you can't help but feel calmer than you did just moments before. The house plant collection contributes to this zen feeling, as does the copious amounts of natural light coming in through the large living room window, which dances pleasingly off the wooden floor. The peaceful ambience is in keeping with the Long Beach location, which is a lot more laid-back than neighbouring Los Angeles. Here, you can get to the eponymous beach in twenty-five minutes, but Downtown LA is only forty-five minutes away in the car if you want to up the ante at any point.

Hues of Blue

This LA home is nestled at the heart of Beverly Grove, just a short stroll from trendy 3rd Street. Fashionistas will love browsing the boutiques along nearby Melrose Avenue and for culture vultures, Los Angeles County Museum of Art is a few blocks away. Outdoor living is easy here with bi-fold doors connecting the open-plan living area to the garden. You’ve even got an outdoor kitchen – complete with barbecue and fridges for keeping the drinks chilled – next to the alfresco dining area. Add to that a private pool and roof terrace, and you’ve got everything you need for a holiday to remember.

Grove Hideaway

Soaring ceilings and sophisticated amenities await at this home in Venice Beach. It's the perfect location, a twenty-minute walk from the boardwalk and beach. There isn't a pool here, but the roof terrace makes up for that. You can unwind with a glass of wine, gather by the fire, and strike up the barbecue for an alfresco meal as the sun goes down. Indoors, you'll find three floors of living space. The main suite is on the top floor, with a soaking tub for extra relaxation. That's all our boxes ticked.

Sunset Over Venice

Set in the palm-tree-lined streets of Westwood, this luxurious mansion is perfect for cinephiles – not only is it minutes away from plentiful cultural sights rooted in the silver screen, but it also has its very own home cinema. Inside, you can enjoy a film, work out in the gym or recline on a cosy couch next to the fireplace. 

Outside, however, is where this mansion really shines. We particularly love the rooftop terrace that affords views of that iconic LA skyline – and its stunning sunsets. Lower down, you can take a dip in the pool and jacuzzi, or perhaps take a charming stroll through the courtyard.

Well placed for many LA attractions, a diverse range of restaurants, art museums and sights are all within a short drive away. Meanwhile, you can pay your respects to Marilyn Monroe and other Hollywood A-listers at Westwood Village Memorial Park, only seven minutes away by car.
