Its immediate neighbourhood is on the gritty side, and you may be able to hear noise from the street from inside the home but it's a nice, well-priced base, with lots of natural light and high quality appliances.

Nestled behind a 1913 craftsman house, you'll find this sweet studio home. It's a serene space with crisp, white walls and wooden beams. The outside space is shaded by a ficus tree, and is the perfect spot in which to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the buzz of the city.
