This gorgeous and pristine three-level home is situated in a gated community in the Hollywood Hills. It has a lovely, sunny open-plan living space, which helps the lush indoor plants and trees to thrive – we love the tranquil vibe here. Chandeliers add some glamour to the neutral scheme, while dark wood floors add drama. Play some of your favourite music on the high-end sound system and totally unwind. Or take in the mountain views from the balcony with a glass of Californian rosé (there's two outside spaces here). This home is ideal for a family or group of friends wanting a calm setting. It's no wonder this stylish home has glowing reviews. This place has a fantastic location, too – Hollywood Bowl is a fifteen-minute walk away, while Hollywood Wax Museum is twenty-six minutes on foot. If you fancy some culture – it's the same walking distance to Dolby Theatre and El Capitan Theatre, while Universal Studios are a four-minute drive.

Hollywood Bowl

Situated in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, this contemporary apartment boasts city views and plenty of light. The interior is minimal and functional – ideal for a couple looking for a city break. The thoughtfully-designed communal space and open bedroom make the apartment feel bright and breezy. You can make use of the onsite gym and communal swimming pool – great for some downtime. Perfectly located to explore the inner city, you’ll find yourself within the hustle and bustle in no time. For those looking to explore further afield, Griffith Observatory and Santa Monica beach are just a short drive away.

Modern, chic and filled with natural light, this clean-cut home offers space for up to four guests to stay right in the centre of the affluent Beachwood Canyon neighbourhood. Situated steps from the Hollywood sign, this area retains that old LA feel. Explore multiple walking, running and cycling trails up in the Hollywood Hills, very nearby. It's also a great area for sightseeing, with Hollywood Boulevard less than a five-minute drive from your front door. After a day spent exploring, the home itself is a peaceful retreat, with scented candles and curated houseplants dotted around each room. The space feels contemporary and organic, with plenty of room to spread out and lots of light coming in through the large windows. Sink into the green velvet sofa with a good book or gather for a meal in the minimalist dining area – this home offers everything needed for a relaxing stay in Tinseltown. 

Limelight

This bright and airy home is a great base if you're looking to be in the heart of buzzing West Hollywood. It's definitely not the largest or most high-end of our LA homes, but it's got a lovely fresh feel to it and has been stylishly decorated with a mid-century modern feel. There is a small seating area in the garden which is a nice spot to enjoy a morning coffee before heading out into the city.

Green Windows

Your own personal retreat in central LA doesn't come any smarter than this. Flooded with that southern California light through the floor-to-ceiling windows, this contemporary apartment will feel like home from the moment you walk in. The gourmet kitchen has everything you could need, but if you prefer cooking with friends, there's also a communal kitchen in the building.  The bedrooms are luxurious, and the sitting room boasts jaw-dropping views of downtown. When it's late, curl up with a movie in the snug living room area, or check in with your very own home office when feeling productive. The rest of the building has plenty to entertain you too, from shooting hoops to working out in the Peloton room – things to do are in abundance. Of course, this central apartment is in the best possible place for exploring everything LA has to offer, from world-class museums to cutting-edge dining experiences. Plus, with the metro just a five-minute walk away, you won't even have to think about parking.

But it’s the balcony that really caught our eye here. Offering views out over that twinkling downtown skyline come nightfall, we think you’ll find it hard to keep away – and who could blame you? If this isn’t the ideal location for an evening cocktail, then where is? Of course, you could always take drinks up on the roof where the communal deck boasts a pool with daybeds and loungers, gas barbecues for when you’ve just got to grill, and sweeping views. Choices, choices, choices.

A five-minute drive from museums, restaurants, and shops, this central LA pad gets full marks for its location. From visiting the LACMA to shopping at The Grove, you'll be well-placed here to explore. The design is modern and sleek. Outside, a private pool takes centre stage – when you're not venturing around LA, we reckon this is where you'll spend most of your time. A breezy living area is perfect for entertaining, while the bedrooms are split across the main house and the guest house. Head down the steps and into your own magical little world of twinkling lights and scented flowers, with a dirt yard and a big dining table so you can spend your evenings out in the warm air.

Willow Hill

Built in 1926, this authentic Spanish-style home has been lovingly transformed into a serene Hollywood sanctuary. Style conscious travellers will love the interiors, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings. There is also a swimming pool, a hot tub, a barbecue and an indoor fire – perfect for cosy evenings at home. Located in the iconic Beechwood Canyon, it’s just a short drive into the heart of Hollywood and you’ll also find the Griffith Observatory within easy reach. 


The Teresita

Minutes away from the Hollywood Reservoir, this sophisticated house is a gateway to everything from the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory to the Walk of Fame and Santa Monica Pier and Beach. Whilst nature lovers will delight in the sheer number of hiking trails in the area, those who prefer to lean into the laidback vibe of California will find the outdoor areas here irresistible.
