Outside, a hot tub invites you to soak away your worries, while a fire pit allows for evenings spent sipping cocoa under the stars. The shore is located at the bottom of the backyard, with a canoe for you to embark on adventures down the river.


The White Cloud

If you love wine, this award-winning home is what dreams are made of. Located down an idyllic, oak tree-lined country road and nestled amongst the vines of a working vineyard in Sonoma, this place is utter bliss. You can see the beautiful vineyards even when sitting inside, from the large picture window in the living room. The vista is a sight to behold when the sun rises, flooding the modern lounge with light. The kitchen with its Viking gourmet range is perfect for entertaining, or you can grill dinner on the barbecue and enjoy a meal at the salvaged wood farm table. We love the raised garden beds full of seasonal vegetables and herbs – perfect for using in your cooking. With its multiple terraces and separate one bedroom casita, this home is just the ticket for a group of friends or multi-generational family wanting their own space. If you fancy venturing out, Downtown Sonoma is around a 5-minute drive away, but we really wouldn't blame you if you didn't want to step a foot away from this truly magical place.

You’ll love taking your morning coffee at the breakfast bar, lazing out on the outdoor sofa in the garden, barbecuing to your heart’s content and dining alfresco on the patio. Just a few miles away, the small-town charm of Occidental is well worth a visit. A blend of creatives and Old West ranching families, the town offers a selection of excellent eateries and a weekly farmers market (open seasonally on Fridays from 4pm-8pm). Elsewhere the towering redwoods of central Sonoma County are calling out to be explored in tandem with your four-legged friend. Finally, the beautiful Bodega Bay is approximately 10 miles away, offering scenic hiking and biking trails with magnificent Pacific Ocean vistas.

Taylor Ridge Retreat

Wake up each morning and cook up a delicious American breakfast in your fully equipped kitchen, and tuck in alfresco on your outdoor dining set while enjoying the views of the towering trees that surround you. Head down to the river, where you’ll find your own private beach, from which you can set off in your personal watercraft and go on adventures along the water. As the evening rolls in, fire up the grill and cook up some meats for dinner, before having a soak in the hot tub and watching the stars come out.

One mile from the treelined Healdsburg Plaza, this home puts you within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The private terrace is perfect for alfresco lunches and fireside hangouts – why not fire up the Ooni pizza oven for dinner? A small office space and a Peloton bike await inside, plus a variety of streaming services and board games for cosy nights at home. Surrounded by scenic vineyards, romantic getaways to California's Wine Country have never been easier here, but hiring a car is pretty essential.

The Valley Stream 

This lovely home can be found at the heart of Napa Valley, just 8 miles from St Helena and its fabulous wineries. Ideal for families as well as groups of friends, this home is just two blocks away from the shops and restaurants on Main Street, making it a convenient base. We love the sunny garden, private pool, and hot tub. There are great options for dining inside or out, and your host can book you a private chef if you really want to push the boat out. 

Merlot Manor

Want to get away from the hustle and bustle? We’ve found the ultimate hideaway. This quintessentially Californian retreat sits on seven acres of woodland, so the home feels nestled and tucked away – ideal for if you’re in need of a serene stay. The outdoor spaces at this home are a joy to explore – you’ll find a stunning lake with a floating screened gazebo, a stylish firepit setup for long nights under the stars, a large swimming pool with built-in hot tub, and plenty of seating areas offering amazing views of the surrounding mountains – ideal for sipping on sundowners while stargazing.

Start each morning by enjoying a cup of freshly brewed coffee while sitting in the lounge chairs that face towards the lake, and spend the sunrise spotting wildlife and listening to the birds singing in the trees. As the sun and heat rises, cool off with a dip in your dreamy outdoor pool while staring up at the canopy of trees above. Fire up the grill for a tasty alfresco lunch and tuck in altogether on your outdoor dining table. Spend some time relaxing in the floating gazebo – the ideal place for yoga or meditation. Then, as the evening rolls in, gather in the hot tub and watch the stars come out.

This home is based in Sonoma County, also known as California’s Wine Country, so you’ll find plenty of vineyards just a short drive away. You’re also down the road from Healdsburg, a city with small-town charm and a vibrant atmosphere that’s well worth exploring.


Seven Acres of Serenity

With panoramic views over the Sonoma Valley, this spot is appealing any time of year. Outside, you'll have access to the spa and swimming pool, plus use of the outdoor lounging, dining and grilling areas when it's warmer. We think the firepit is a particularly sweet spot to enjoy a glass of local wine under the stars. Three of the bedroom suites are located in the main house, while the fourth is found in the guest house. Beyond the home, you'll find the local wineries within easy reach and the restaurants of historic Sonoma, Glen Ellen and Kenwood, only a twenty-minute drive away. Plus, Napa Valley is a forty-five-minute drive over the mountain.




Silence in Sonoma 

This delightful Wine Country home is a superb choice for a family or group of friends hoping to relax, unwind, and try some of California’s finest tipples. A newly built cottage, this home sits just eight miles from Healdsburg Plaza, and a few minutes from Lake Sonoma. It’s far enough from town to feel like a real retreat, but you’re within easy reach of anything you might need. Best of all, there are dozens of wineries within minutes. 

As soon as you arrive, you’ll be taken by the stunning vineyard views – this really is a pretty setting. The home has been designed in the style of an Italian villa, with wooden floors and stylish decor. It’s wonderfully comfortable too – after a long day, you can curl up in front of the fireplace to sip tea and enjoy a moment of tranquillity. The kitchen is wonderfully well stocked with utensils so you can whip up feasts with no trouble at all – or, easier still, book a private chef to wow your guests. 

The porch is a strong contender for our favourite spot. Take a seat in a rocking chair as the sun is sinking in the sky, and sip a glass of the wine you most enjoyed that day. You’ll feel a million miles from the hustle and bustle. Continue to unwind by slipping into the hot tub. After one last glass of wine and a few marshmallows toasted over the fire pit, you’ll be ready to sink into a comfortable bed for an excellent night’s sleep. We love it here.
