Every care has been taken to preserve this home in its original 1950s glamour, when its owner ran the famed Chi Chi Lounge, frequented by celebrity clientele who’d pop over to his house for Sunday brunch. You can easily imagine Frank Sinatra propped up at the private bar in the lounge, or sipping a cocktail by the kidney-shaped pool outside. Why not channel Ol’ Blue Eyes with a singsong around the piano after a day exploring all that Palm Springs has to offer. The restaurants and shops of East Palm Canyon Drive are within walking distance and it's a short drive to downtown.

When it’s time to rustle up a meal, fire up the barbecue in the impressive outdoor dining area, while friends gather around the fire pit. Or let a private chef take over in the gourmet kitchen, complete with a wine fridge and built-in coffee maker to cover off all the essentials. From the vintage, banana–yellow TV to the retro arcade game in the living room, these nostalgic additions create a space that’s full of fun and character. The bedrooms are bold and inviting, and the master bathroom is a real head–turner. The back wall is covered in luscious green foliage (fake, by the way, so there’s no need to water it!), while the gold taps of the double sink add a touch of grandeur. 
Keen to keep busy? This home is kitted out with fun things for all the family to enjoy. There’s the pool, table tennis, heaps of kids books and toys…you name it, it’s all here, so you’ll never be stuck for stuff to do. Palm Desert is a great area to explore, though, so if you do feel like popping out of your plush private pad for a little while, the El Paseo shopping district is just a short distance away, as is Coachella Valley and The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens.
