This home can be found in a quiet neighbourhood on the Nurmi Isles, and boasts waterway views. From here, you can stroll to Las Olas Beach and also meander Downtown – it’s a convenient base for sure. It’s an elegant home with a gorgeous outside area. We love the heated pool with a swim-up bar, in addition to the loungers and shaded terrace for alfresco dining. There’s even a private dock, ideal for boating or fishing. Inside, there’s plenty of room for everyone to gather together in the open-concept living space. We love the double-faced fireplace and the high ceilings, not to mention the incredible bathtub in the main bedroom’s en-suite.

Blushing Peach

This elegant home will appeal to well-heeled travellers seeking a convenient Fort Lauderdale base. It’s in the middle of the Nurmi Isles, just off Las Olas Boulevard, so you can easily explore downtown when you're not hitting the beach – in fact, you only need to hop on a golf cart for four minutes to get to the golden sands. We think you’ll love the waterfront setting, the heated pool, and the hot tub, in addition to the outdoor lounge areas. Double-height ceilings, four-poster beds, and free-standing bathtubs add to the glamour of this lovely home.

Located in the residential area of Victoria Park in Fort Lauderdale, this convenient spot offers the ideal set-up to those seeking a holiday by the beach not far from Miami. With plenty of workspaces and high-speed wi-fi here, it also suits those in town on workcations. Meanwhile, the heated swimming pool and barbecue are sure to come in handy if you're keen to spend lazy days in the sun. Here, the home's luxury finishing touches set it apart – expect high thread count linens, luxury toiletries and Nespresso coffee machines. It's worth bearing in mind that when this home is booked at full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the queen-sized pull-out bed in the living area.

Rockpool

With its steely marble aesthetic and inviting outdoor areas, this modern villa in peaceful Ojus is ideal for families and friend groups keen to sample Miami without too much bustle. This 43rd-floor home has such incredible views, it was designed with not one but two terraces to take full advantage of them. Looking out across the luxury buildings of Hollywood Beach, Hallandale and Sunny Isles, the entire horizon is taken up by the blue of the ocean. 

Location-wise, this place couldn't get any better. You're just steps away from the beach and all sorts of great places to eat and drink, with all the amenities of a hotel at your fingertips. Choose between sunbathing on the building's shared deck, swimming in its infinity pools, relaxing in the Jacuzzi, working out at the gym or playing tennis, basketball or racquetball. 

But if you're more of a homebody, then you'll have plenty of private outdoor space on the terraces. And while one is more of a standard balcony, the spiral staircase leads up to the second – complete with a professional barbecue station, dining table and swing seat – an amazing place to sip wine as the sun sets across the sea.

And the inside space is just as decadent, with modern, neutral shades and super comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is fully kitted out for keen cooks and we particularly love the master bedroom's luxurious en-suite.
