Set in the heart of Manhattan, you’ll be surrounded by Soho’s eclectic mix of bars, restaurants, and boutiques – everything you need right on your doorstep.

Urban Manhattan

The sheer white curtains, lush plant life, and bright decor of this fabulous home put you immediately at ease in this bustling and lively city. Situated on a quiet Chelsea block, it's just minutes away from the bars and galleries this arty neighbourhood is known for. Plus, you're a twelve-minute walk from the Flatiron and can arrive in the Meatpacking District within fifteen minutes. The nearest train station, 23rd Street, is just a three-minute walk away if you need to go further afield. This is a tiny, 300-square foot studio, so won't be for those needing to spread out. But it's quaint and cosy as can be for a solo traveller or romantic getaway – and with a location like this, we think you'll be doing more going out than staying in.

Speaking of, this apartment is located where Chelsea, Midtown and Hudson Yards all meet. While it's not the liveliest part of town, everything you'll want or need is within walking distance, be it the global eateries and food stalls in Chelsea Market – fifteen minutes away – or the bright lights of Times Square – twenty minutes on foot. Plus, you're just one block from the famous High Line and two blocks from Penn Station, where you can catch the subway and zip around the rest of New York City in no time.

While this home may be modest in square footage, it sure is mighty. Packing a punch in both convenience and amenities, a solo traveller or couple will be very happy here. With an impressive private terrace – that's almost as big as the home itself – you can thoroughly enjoy some downtime after a busy day with an aperitif under the stars. It spans across two floors, offering wide space that is incredibly rare in the centre of the city. it's an open-plan social area that's perfect for chatting about your New York adventure.

That adventure can begin the moment you step onto the charming sophistication of Chelsea. Get a bagel for breakfast with a cup of coffee and walk amongst the boutique stores and suave cafes. Carry on walking just a few more minutes and you'll reach the word-renowned energy of Times Square.

Quirky details, like the exposed brick wall and fashion photography prints, inject character into this otherwise minimal home. The bedrooms are on the small side, but the beds are seriously comfortable, with a TV in both. It feels a bit compact, especially with the narrow shape of the kitchen and the dining table taking up most of the communal space. Nonetheless, the location in Nolita makes up for this – surrounded by little shops and cool restaurants, you won’t be spending much time cooking anyway.

You’re in the heart of Tribeca here where the movie-set-like cast iron loft buildings are home to endless restaurants, bars and even food markets. Plus, the Lower East Side is right next door. 

The Artist's Loft

Nestled in New York City's vibrant Flatiron neighbourhood, this pet-friendly studio makes a fabulous base for business and leisure trips. The kitchenette is small but well-equipped for rustling up light bites or a quick breakfast, and with plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, you'll want for nothing when it comes to trying out local cuisine. The nearby subway opens up the city for commuting and sightseeing, while hotspots like Madison Square Park, the Empire State Building, and NYC's bustling Koreatown are an easy walk away.

Designed by a local architect to bring the calming presence of nature into the home, this pocket of tranquillity will knock your fluffy white socks off. Stepping in to look around at the decor, you'll find plenty of light wood furnishings and wood-slatted blinds, vibrant pops of colour, tasteful artwork and playful cloud-shaped cushions that we really loved. It's quiet, understated, and extremely functional. Enjoy a good book in the breathable and refreshing living space made of natural materials and traditional craftsmanship. Take a long soak in the stone and wood bathroom, whip up a few lite bites in the pristine island kitchen, or pen your thoughts at the antique public library desk – whatever you do around this peaceful apartment, you'll be perfectly at ease. Out back there is even a small terrace for some fresh air, enclosed by leafy trees for a naturally private space. The neighbourhood is authentically residential Brooklyn, lined with trees and townhouses with their iconic stoops. Take a wander by the casual eateries, hip bars and indie shops, before reaching the beautiful expanse of Prospect Park, only a twenty-minute stroll from your door. 

Norwegian Wood

Lofts in the Big Apple don’t get more iconic than this. High ceilings, exposed brick and pipes, Corinthian columns and a stainless steel, industrial style kitchen that radiates a forthright New York attitude. The contemporary design hits just the right note of comfort and cool, and its modern bathrooms offer luxurious relaxation—we’d be making a beeline for that Jacuzzi bath. If you want to head outside of Lower Manhattan, Bleecker Street subway station is a two-minute walk away.
