Plus, with a Peloton bike and Lululemon Studio Workout Mirror, you'll find everything you need to stay on top of your workouts. Though the space feels calm, the city sounds will gently remind you that you're in the heart of the Big Apple. Just outside, the galleries and restaurants of Union Square and NoHo are waiting to be explored. However, we won't blame you if the allure of an evening at home with a martini in the garden followed by a soak in the marble tub proves irresistible.

Gramercy Garden

Experience one of New York's trendiest areas from this sleek apartment nestled in the heart of Greenwich Village. You'll be within easy reach of Union Square market, with hip eateries and bars nearby. For those on a sightseeing trip, popular spots such as Flatiron Building, the Empire State Building and Madison Square Garden are all a short walk away. With a well-equipped kitchen and dining table there's potential for eating in, while the laptop-friendly desk serves as a nice space for working remotely – though some street noise should be expected. 

Manhattan's Calling

A home in the heart of Tribeca, with a shared rooftop terrace, outdoor kitchen, kids' playroom and on-site gym. Needless to say, this apartment caught our attention for quite a few reasons. It's been curated to high standards and features everything you could need for a comfortable stay in the city that never sleeps. Spend a day in Hudson River Park or take a stroll to One World Trade Center – whatever your trip calls for, this is a great base to stay at while doing so.

Tribeca Viewpoint

This apartment is ideally suited to those looking to drop their bags and head out from the get-go. Its major draw is the fabulous location, placing you in the thick of NYC. Just a short walk away you'll reach the iconic Flatiron Building, the Empire State Building, and Union Square – though this does mean that some noise should be expected. Inside, it's surprisingly spacious for a studio flat, with a kitchen and dining area tucked neatly around the corner. There's a sofa bed for flexible sleeping, but we only recommend this for younger children. 

The Artful Zen

Fabulous for family reunions or large group gatherings, this four-story Brooklyn townhouse is a fantastic choice that sleeps up to fifteen guests. Originally built in 1887, many of its original features have been beautifully preserved and you'll be spoiled with choice on where to sleep and socialise - in the chef's kitchen, or the private garden or should you wish to explore, you're moments from the Barclay Centre and the shops and cafes of Prospect Heights. 



Secret Coves

This apartment epitomises playful Brooklyn cool. It is compliant with the NYC law, and has a short term rental license. 

Set on the ground floor of a classic brownstone, you have the rare luxury of a back garden, with its own lawn and table for al fresco lunches beneath the New York sun. You will be totally charmed by the interiors here – pops of bright complimentary colours greet you from every corner, while original facets like exposed brickwork and the wooden walled bathrooms have been retained. 

Located right in the centre of Brooklyn, you are well placed to explore all the local delights. There’s plenty on your doorstep, from a supermarket and a French wine shop on the corner of the street, to a juice bar and vegan café next door where you can have a healthy breakfast before a day of exploring.  For great art and excellent restaurants, walk fifteen minutes into neighbouring Bushwick. When you’re ready to venture further afield, walk nine minutes to the metro station to ride into Lower Manhattan in fifteen minutes.

Eclectic Feel

True to some conceptions of a Brooklynite, this home reveals an inside look at the life of a travelling musician. Hung on the walls are several string instruments and bookshelves are filled with records – passions that will undoubtedly inspire any passer-by. Select a soundtrack and set it to play on the record player, while you pour yourself a glass of wine. It's relaxing moments like these, that offer respite from the buzz of New York City living. 

Soak in the bright ambience of the bedroom boasting leafy plants and relaxing, earthy hues. The home's fabulous, bohemian styling can be credited to actress Annie McCain Engman who designed the space to accentuate its classic NYC style aesthetic in a creative and laid-back manner. 

Feel at home when getting down to some work from the window-side office area, or better still, why not turn on the projector and watch a movie on the big screen? With so much to see and do in the happening district of Williamsburg Brooklyn (think artsy coffee shops, trendy galleries and atmospheric bars and eateries) – you'll no doubt treat this home as a base for exploring the city more than anything. 


Cozy Town

For a stylish New York stay with all the comforts of home, this Soho loft fits the bill. Perfect for families or couples, it has a full chef's kitchen for home-cooked meals and a dedicated office corner for catching up on work. The large living and dining areas are great for entertaining, and your host can even help arrange private events or a chef’s dinner. Set in the heart of Manhattan, you’ll be surrounded by Soho’s eclectic mix of bars, restaurants, and boutiques – everything you need right on your doorstep.

Urban Manhattan

Located on a beautiful tree-lined street in the heart of the Clinton Hill neighbourhood in Brooklyn, this characterful duplex is situated on the upper three floors of an original Brownstone. It's stylishly decorated throughout, and we love the plentiful period details, the sash windows, attractive fireplace and exposed brick walls. There might be quite a few stairs to contend with but other than that this warm and welcoming home is hard to fault. Lovely terrace too!

Downing Townhouse

Formerly a suitcase factory, this one of a kind red-brick building is now home to industrial-style lofts. And your apartment, with its trendy and stylish interiors, perfectly mirrors the supremely cool nature of the Williamsburg neighbourhood. The apartment features plenty of character and heaps of light. Expect exposed brickwork, mid-century modern furniture and vintage knick-knacks. Plus, you’ve got rooftop access for unfettered panoramas of the iconic New York skyline—it’s extra special when the sun sets. When it’s time to head out and explore, you’re a minute’s walk from some of the coolest bars and taprooms in the district. To reach the heart of Manhattan, you’re less than a five-minute walk from Bedford Av station, connecting you to the Big Apple’s most landmark locations.

The Cool Corner

Located in East Village, this apartment is ideal for a solo traveller or couple visiting the city. You'll have countless eateries, trendy bars, and casual cafes on your doorstep, as well as the popular green space of Tompkins Square Park. At home, it's stylish and uncluttered so you can sprawl out and relax at the end of a busy day exploring Manhattan. If you're looking to work while you're away, there's a work desk area in the bedroom – though it's also worth noting that some street noise should be expected. 

Rock Stars

Merging comfortable living with statement design pieces, it’s easy to see that Tea Tree Hall has been curated with love and care (the host’s own photography and artwork decorate the walls, for example). Split across two floors, there is plenty of space for guests to spread out. The neighbourhood is very much in the grips of gentrification, but Tea Tree Hall is situated on a quiet block in the historic part of Bed-Stuy, and if you visit in summer you’ll find locals hosting street parties and inviting friends and family around for a barbecue.
