Despite being located in the heart of New York City, this apartment's calm coastal colours make it seem a million miles away. Inside, it is elegant and incredibly comfortable. Everything you need is provided, from the plush mattresses to the fully functional kitchenette, to ensure a relaxing stay. We adore the lovely mismatched furnishings, especially the headboard made to seem like driftwood and the chair in the living room with Art Deco influences.

Step outside and you’ll find yourself on the very edge of the Garment District. Better yet, it’s only a ten-minute stroll to the iconic Times Square, deserving of a spot on any New York itinerary, or if you fancy exploring further afield, Grand Central Station is a twenty-minute walk away, and not one to miss – don’t forget to gaze up at the beautiful ceiling art either. Food and drink options need no introduction – you’re in Manhattan’s Midtown where every last craving is catered to at any hour of the day.

Where to start with this apartment? The interiors or the location? This penthouse apartment has killer city skyline views, with a social, open-plan layout for memorable evenings post-sightseeing. The light was one of our highlights here – and with a 41-foot ceiling height in the living space, it’s clear to see why. Each bedroom feels like its own sanctuary, with four bathrooms to make getting out in the morning that much easier. Now, location-wise, you’re a ten-minute walk from Times Square and the Rockefeller Centre – you couldn’t be more central. MoMA and Hell’s Kitchen are just a stone’s throw away to satisfy both cultural and gastronomic interests, while Broadway is around the corner should you fancy an evening show.

Bright City Lights

This is a well maintained and centrally located apartment in the bustling area of Hudson Yards. You're surrounded by dozens of restaurants and attractions, and Penn Station, Madison Square Garden and Javitz are just a few blocks away. The interiors are quite basic, but you have all that you may need for a comfortable stay in the city. We especially love the bare-brick walls and communal roof terrace here.


Teal Brick Road

Sure, this is a sizeable space with nice amenities but the real draw here is your view! From every bedroom, you have stupefying, unimpeded, 19th floor views of the Empire State Building. You don't even have to leave your home to capture some of the most iconic shots of the city. The decor might be a bit generic but your stay will be all the more enhanced by a full serviced building with gym and laundry facilities in-house.  




Gold Buds

First-time visitors to The Big Apple can't go wrong with this sleek studio apartment. Not only is it smartly laid out to maximise the space, but it's stylish, too – characterful artwork hangs in the living area, subway tiles line the kitchen walls and trendy exposed shelves show off the crockery. Your hosts go above and beyond to ensure you have an excellent stay, providing toiletries, welcome chocolates and even earplugs for a restful night's sleep. Pull up a stool and enjoy breakfasts around the kitchen island, sink into the leather sofa for a movie night and drift off in the comfortable bed after a busy day exploring. Speaking of, this apartment is located where Chelsea, Midtown and Hudson Yards all meet. While it's not the liveliest part of town, everything you'll want or need is within walking distance, be it the global eateries and food stalls in Chelsea Market – fifteen minutes away – or the bright lights of Times Square – twenty minutes on foot. Plus, you're just one block from the famous High Line and two blocks from Penn Station, where you can catch the subway and zip around the rest of New York City in no time. 

Wind In The Sails

You only have to look at a map of Manhattan to see how this apartment sits right in the middle of the action — both The High Line and Hudson Yards can be reached in ten minutes on foot, while if you walk fifteen minutes down the street, you'll eventually reach the Empire State Building. Not bad, right? If you're in New York to see all the sights, this home could be just the ticket. Exposed brick walls and street-art inspired pieces hanging on the wall feel like nods to the city's heritage, while there's also a modern kitchen finished in sleek black in case you fancy a night off from restaurant-hopping. The cherry on the cake is the building's roof terrace, which offers photo opportunities and a chance to gaze out over one of — if not the — most famous skylines in the world.


Sea of Circles

Clean and modest – the design in this apartment won’t blow you away, but it’s got everything you need. From the large windows, you have a fantastic view of the East River and some of New York’s infamous high rises. The building itself offers a roof terrace and a fitness centre, which are available to guests. And if you’re anything like us, you’ll want to spend most of your time out and about anyway. 

The Lion's Den

This cosy home is located in the heart of the Upper West Side, just a short walk from Central Park and the Hudson River. As you’d expect from a studio, space is limited here, but the location and on-site amenities – which include a gym – more than make up for the smaller space. We think the kitchenette is best suited to light bites, as with no oven, you won’t be able to create grand culinary creations – but with an abundance of New York restaurants on your doorstep, dining out is a must. 

NYC Soul

A Times Square location and a city skyline view is our idea of a perfect New York stay, and this penthouse apartment ticks both boxes. We love the unique two-way mirror here, and the 41-foot ceilings make the living space feel super light – perfect for breakfasts around the dining table. That said, with New York’s breakfast restaurants and cafes on your doorstep, breakfast at home might not make it on your agenda. You can reach plenty of must-see attractions like MoMA, the Rockerfeller Center, and the Empire State Building by foot, perfect for those of you who like an active itinerary. For a slower pace, you can always hop on the Subway for convenient sightseeing.

Times Square Splendour

Beautifully curated by innovative designers and artists, Broadway Studio is a unique and exciting home to stay in. Situated just minutes from bustling Times Square, theatre fans will be thrilled to live amongst some of the world’s greatest shows. Within the home there is a real a focus on comfort, and no denying that guests will love the bed with its luxury linen and custom mattress – a guaranteed good night’s sleep. Of course, we can’t forget to mention the spa-like bathroom, which has been custom built and equipped with luxurious bath amenities. 

Broadway Studio

The Times Square Suite is really something. Carefully designed by Nicholas Cardone, this apartment is adorned with premium amenities, and unique architectural features, like the exposed cast iron structures that pay homage to this historical building. The bedrooms are a tranquil haven, with spacious king-sized beds and luxury linens, while the bathrooms are clad in Italian Carrara marble and include luscious bath products. This high up, guests will also get to enjoy stunning views that are truly one of a kind. 

Times Square Suite

Located in Midtown, just three blocks away from the Empire State Building, this studio style apartment may not win any design prizes, but would make a perfectly pleasant base for guests wanting to stay in this part of town. The main room is lovely and light, and we particularly like the old wood floors too.
