NoHo Serenity

Location is everything here! Situated on a really charming street in Greenwich Village, The Itty-Bitty is perfectly positioned to some of the city's best restaurants and bars. This is a 300-square foot walk-up, but so long as you don't intend to do some serious cooking or massively spread out, this cosy apartment will do just the trick. 


The Itty-Bitty

Lofts in the Big Apple don’t get more iconic than this. High ceilings, exposed brick and pipes, Corinthian columns and a stainless steel, industrial style kitchen that radiates a forthright New York attitude. The contemporary design hits just the right note of comfort and cool, and its modern bathrooms offer luxurious relaxation—we’d be making a beeline for that Jacuzzi bath. After a hot coffee at the breakfast bar and placing a bottle of wine in the cooler for later, it’s time to get stuck into your NoHo locale. Situated just east of Broadway, connecting you to the heart of the dazzling Theatre District, and adjacent to the bohemian East Village, where you’re in touching distance of endless old-school bars, cool cocktail lounges, vintage shops and hip restaurants. If you want to head outside of Lower Manhattan, Bleecker Street subway station is a two-minute walk away. 

The Special Relationship

A gold mine in the Plum collection, this Brooklyn townhouse perfectly caters to families or groups of friends hoping for an enviable location and comfortable living space. With four bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, and a spacious courtyard, you'll be able to properly spread out. And though you're just moments away from Bedford Ave and Williamsburg's iconic Smorgasburg market, you still have your own privacy and sense of peace. 
 


The Trimmed Walls

St Ives

The sheer white curtains, lush plant life, and bright decor of this fabulous home put you immediately at ease in this bustling and lively city. Situated on a quiet Chelsea block, it's just minutes away from the bars and galleries this arty neighbourhood is known for. Plus, you're a twelve-minute walk from the Flatiron and can arrive in the Meatpacking District within fifteen minutes. The nearest train station, 23rd Street, is just a three-minute walk away if you need to go further afield. This is a tiny, 300-square foot studio, so won't be for those needing to spread out. But it's quaint and cosy as can be for a solo traveller or romantic getaway – and with a location like this, we think you'll be doing more going out than staying in.

Plus, you're just one block from the famous High Line and two blocks from Penn Station, where you can catch the subway and zip around the rest of New York City in no time. 

Wind In The Sails

This cosy home is located in the heart of the Upper West Side, just a short walk from Central Park and the Hudson River. As you’d expect from a studio, space is limited here, but the location and on-site amenities – which include a gym – more than make up for the smaller space. We think the kitchenette is best suited to light bites, as with no oven, you won’t be able to create grand culinary creations – but with an abundance of New York restaurants on your doorstep, dining out is a must. 

NYC Soul

If location is your top priority, this hip SoHo pad won't disappoint. Situated one block off bustling Canal Street, everything you could possibly want or need is right on your doorstep – swanky bars, world-class restaurants, designer boutiques and trendy art galleries are yours to explore. The transport links here are excellent, too, with Canal Street subway station a short stroll away. Inside, the wooden accents and orange colour palette gives this apartment a cosy, mid-century feel that perfectly suits the downtown locale. Rest your tired legs on the plush sofa, or, better yet, enjoy a soothing soak in the tub in the marbled master bathroom. When you're in the mood to cook, the sleek kitchen is well-stocked for whipping up meals, and two stylish yet sumptuous bedrooms are just what you need after a long day. Location is really the biggest perk here: sandwiched between Soho and the West Village, you're right in the heart of all the downtown action. Whether you're a culture vulture keen on gallery hopping and ducking into jazz bars, or a fashionista ready to do some damage in one of the world's best neighbourhoods for shopping, you'll be in the thick of it all – plus the dining and nightlife options are some of the best the city has to offer.
