Once part of the 1854 Kalkan Customs House, the three-storey villa has been remimagined as a holiday destination while still retaining lots of its original charm. The true highlight here has to be the outdoor living spaces, which include various balconies, terraces, plus a rooftop vista that comes complete with a plunge pool and impressive sea views. Set in the heart of old town, you'll truly be in the centre of the action here, with cafes, bars and restaurants all just a stone's throw away. The beach is also a short walk away, making it a great choice for vacationers seeking both comfort and convenience.

Home truths
The villa is in the old town, which has a lot of steep hills. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
The old town can be noisy in high season, although there is a 1am cut-off for playing music.
There is a mosque close by. You'll hear the call to prayer five times per day.
As with most homes in Turkey, toilet paper can't be flushed. Please use the sanitary bin provided.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. That said, there is no parking in the old town. You'll need to park on the town's perimeter – although do note that there will be a steep walk to the villa.
