This three-bed villa in the charming fishing village of Kalkan is a haven for the ultimate relaxing holiday. It sits pretty on the wooded hillside with magnificent views of the bay from every room. While the private pool and outdoor lounge area are both great additions, you're likely to find us on the rooftop terrace, enjoying cocktail hour in the Jacuzzi and admiring the spectacular views of the Taurus mountains. Inside, the home is as comfortable as a modern home can be, with a well-equipped kitchen and plump sofas that are perfect for spending some quality family time indoors. If you can bring yourself to leave, the town centre is a short ten-minute walk away. This old fishing town is now a popular holiday destination but still retains its Mediterranean charm and laid-back atmosphere.

Set at the foot of the mountains in Kalkan, this villa boasts views over the Mediterranean Sea. Kalkan is a vibrant and busy seaside town, with a host of shops, bars, restaurants and sites of historical interest nearby. You're also close to Patara, the longest beach in the country – a must see.

Turquoise Pearls

With views of the med, the mountains, and Kalkan, it’s easy to see what drew our attention to this villa. We love the infinity pool and glass-fronted balconies that show off the magnificent vistas. And there’s just as much to enjoy inside too – like the sauna, hammam, and the games room for fun afternoons. If we had to pick one highlight, it’d have to be the in-bedroom Jacuzzi for breathtaking views while you bathe. It’s peaceful here, but you’re only a short drive from Kalkan’s beach clubs, harbour, and restaurants – you’ll need a car to tackle the hills, but the outlook is more than worth it.

Aqua Vista Villa

The master bedroom of this charming villa near the village of Islamar is a real delight. It boasts a wood-beamed ceiling, French doors, a Jacuzzi and skylight for watching the stars at night. The rest of the villa is no less luxurious, with stone floors, leather furniture and wooden details. During the day, relax on a sun lounger, enjoy an al fresco lunch on the terrace or chill out with a drink on the comfortable outdoor seating. Children will keep busy in the play area, swinging in the hammock and splashing around in the pool.

Seaside Stripe

Set to the incredible backdrop of the rolling Turkish hills, this home might be a sight to behold, but the true magic lies in the other direction. Marvel at the sea view as you step out onto the terrace first thing in the morning, coffee in hand, and appreciate the quiet tranquillity on offer here. Later, when the rest of the group joins you outside, you can dine al fresco, spending hours around that table simply being present in the moment. 

Make yourself comfortable on the sunlounger and take advantage of the sunshine to work on your summer glow. When you slip into the water later on, we recommend swimming out to the edge of the infinity pool so you can once again remind yourself of the stunning panoramas. Barbecue, play table tennis, or read on the private balcony.

Kalkan is a hive of activity, so venture out and explore the restaurants, cafes, boutiques and shops lining the cobbled streets. Hop from beach to beach as you familiarise yourself with the Turkish Riviera, but always be back in time to watch the sunset from the rooftop terrace.
