With the blue bay of Kalkan Bay on one side and the pine-clad Taurus Mountains on the other, this villa delivers quite a setting. Designed with families in mind, days are best spent stretched out beside the private infinity pool, soaking up the views. Meanwhile, the games and TV den inside with a console will be a hit with little ones when it’s time to beat the heat. Come evening, Kalkan’s tavernas are a twenty-minute stroll away (the uphill climb back will help stave off those Turkish baklava’s). Although with a front row seat to the sunset back at home, laid-back barbecues may be just as tempting.
