Set on a sunny hillside above Kalamar Bay, this modern villa is a real gem. The bright rooms are spread across three floors and a separate annexe, offering heaps of space to get comfy. Many enjoy spectacular sea views too, including a top floor bedroom with its own private roof terrace. And outside, the pool is perfectly positioned for admiring the scenery. But it’s the location that makes this home really stand out. You can stroll to the beach clubs of Kalamar, Lures, and Kulube from here, and the old town of Kalkan is a twenty-five-minute walk away. So, you’ll soon settle into the relaxed rhythm of Turkey’s Turquoise Coast.

While some of the bedrooms and bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
The twin beds in bedrooms four and six can be set up as double beds on request.
Bedroom six is located in a separate annexe with its own entrance. This bedroom isn't suitable for unaccompanied children.
While there's a ground floor bedroom here, the pool and outdoor areas are set across different levels, so it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility. Children should be supervised outside.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
As with most homes in Turkey, toilet paper can't be flushed. Please use the sanitary bin provided.
A car isn't essential here, as you can walk to the beach and the old town. However, the walk back from the beach can be steep in places, so you may prefer to hire a car. Free parking is available.
