The House of Dreams is a charming 2 bedroom villa that boasts character and comfort. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, and the villa features a well-equipped kitchen, a cinema-style entertainment system, and a quiet study area. The villa is located above Kalkan and offers stunning views as well as ample outdoor space, including a private pool with terrace and shaded dining area. Guests can also enjoy gazebo seating and a magnificent rooftop terrace that provides breathtaking views of the sunset. The villa is just a 5-minute drive from Kalkan's harbour and old town, with its many cafes, restaurants, and bars. A small grocery shop is located only 200m away, and the beautiful Patara Beach is just a 20-minute drive away. Please note that due to the number of steps and drops (42 steps to the front door), this property is not suitable for children under 10 or guests with limited mobility.
