Right on the beachfront at La Canteras, this home has a fabulous spot. Take in the fantastic Atlantic and La Canteras Beach views from this home’s sunny and dazzling whitewashed terrace. You can even spot Mount Teide in Tenerife in the distance. We love this outdoor space, it's ideal for an alfresco breakfast (whizz up a drink in the juicer to accompany some churros). Later, do some sunbathing on the sun loungers. Inside, there are more of those fabulous vistas through the large sliding doors.

In the afternoon, perhaps head to La Canteras  Beach, under a minute stroll away. It’s one of the best urban beaches in the world, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants to sample in the vicinity too. Or, for a bit of culture, Las Palmas Cathedral is a ten-minute ride away. It’s a couple of minutes more to Casa-Museo de Colón, which documents Columbus’ voyages.

This eco-friendly studio apartment is situated just moments away from the Las Canteras beach, making it a good base for a couple or a solo traveller. Thanks to the central location, a car is not essential here, as you’ll have plenty of shopping and dining options to choose from within walking distance. Public transport options are also excellent if you want to explore further afield. The pad may be compact in size but there’s enough space here for two guests to be comfortable, and with good internet speed, you can also catch up on work during your stay – although you'll have to set-up shop around the dining table since there isn't a desk.

It's worth noting the curved staircase might be tricky for little ones, and though it isn't the most soulful home, it's bright, comfortable and fantastic location-wise. Find your way to golf courses, waterparks, and other tourist attractions in minutes when you're not at the beach. The building located in Gran Canaria, one of the most beautiful islands of the Canary archipelago, opened in July 2023 and belongs to the municipality of Telde, between the beaches of Melenara (140 metres away) and Salinetas (250 metres away). Sustainability has been taken into account and it is equipped with intelligent locks so that you can forget about the possible problems that keys can cause.

Melenara Beach is 350 metres long and 30 metres wide, with black volcanic sand and a wide range of restaurants that allow you to enjoy the rich and varied local gastronomy. Melenara is a quiet and very familiar beach, with parking and spa, with bathing service, adapted for disabled people, lifeguard service throughout the year, children's playground and blue flag.

The Apolo flat is located on the second floor, with two bedrooms, open-plan kitchen, living-dining room and bathroom. It is accessible, exterior, soundproofed, modern and bright, with capacity for three people and has all the comforts you could wish for. 

The spacious rooms are stylishly decorated with careful attention to detail and modern touches, with 1.5 metre beds, ideal for resting after a day of exploring. 

The dining room has a large bay window and offers a three-seater sofa bed, smart TV and side tables. The dining room has a table and three chairs, which can also be used for working, as the chairs are very comfortable.
