Situated in one of the best areas of Playa del Inglés, just a few steps from the Yumbo Shopping Centre, restaurants, and the beach. It is located in a very quiet holiday complex, has quality materials and finishes and an unbeatable distribution. It has a terrace with views, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a communal swimming pool. The house, refurbished in 2023, with a modern style, is distributed as follows: Entering the house, we find the living room-kitchen. On one side there is a bathroom with shower and the 2 bedrooms. On the other side of the accommodation, we find the living room and the terrace, which has an outdoor chair and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher and kitchen utensils. We adore the views of the mountains from the pool, terrace and balcony. We can imagine totally unwinding here in the year-round warm temperatures (they don't call this place the Island of Eternal Spring for nothing, you know). Fire up the barbecue for lunch and grill some local produce, and serve with the Canarian spicy sauce, mojo picón.

Inside, your hosts have put a lot of thought into this place, from the plush velvet oversized headboard in the bedroom to the bathroom's botanical wallpaper and marble style finish. Modern and comfortable has been achieved to the tee – nothing is below par here.

We love the layout of this villa, with its crisp, contemporary interiors and floor-to-ceiling windows. Views of the nearby moat and river, and then dramatic hillsides and sea beyond, can be seen from practically every room and terrace. 

Take your morning coffee outside onto the spacious first-floor balcony just off the master bedroom. Then head downstairs for a dip in the pool. When it’s time to cool off, come together under the shaded terraces, or head indoors for lunch in the dining area. Wherever you choose, those incredible views are right there with you. When the sea finally beckons, miles of sandy beach can be found at Meloneras, just a twelve-minute drive away.



Fairway Viewing

With its white walls, floating staircases, and wooden architecture, this home feels like something from the future. Set in the heart of Salobre Golf Resort, the plot is breathtakingly modern. Pristine walls and mood-lit ceilings nod strongly toward minimalism, with pops of colour from the plush yellow velvet sofas in the open kitchen. Where decoration may seem sparse, sliding doors flood the space with sunshine, turning your eye towards the impressive view instead. Bedrooms each have a different colour scheme, from the palm leaf-patterned double to the lemon yellow and grey room, which leads onto a marble-covered bathroom. Outside is just as stylish. An infinity pool looks out towards the ocean, while white sun loungers and double day beds are the perfect spot for siestas. Come evening, the outdoor kitchen with its grill barbecue is on hand to cook up feasts. Time it right and dinner will be served on the outdoor table, just as the sun is setting beneath the ocean.

What's more, the outdoor space is equally as impressive as the interior. You can take in views of the hilly landscape from the terrace with your morning coffee or opt for a dip in the heated swimming pool instead.

If paddling about gives you the inspiration to head to the beach, you don't have too far to go — it's only ten minutes' drive to Playa Las Mujeres, for instance. Closer to home, there's a golf course and restaurant within the resort, while there are some impressive vantage points and hiking routes to be discovered nearby.

This chic, modern, and welcoming resort villa brings a touch of desert glamour to Gran Canaria. This eco-friendly studio apartment is situated just moments away from the Las Canteras beach, making it a good base for a couple or a solo traveller. Thanks to the central location, a car is not essential here, as you’ll have plenty of shopping and dining options to choose from within walking distance. Public transport options are also excellent if you want to explore further afield. The pad may be compact in size but there’s enough space here for two guests to be comfortable, and with good internet speed, you can also catch up on work during your stay – although you'll have to set-up shop around the dining table since there isn't a desk.

This home is a rare find – it has a peaceful and private setting, and yet it's just a few minutes walk from the historic city of La Orotava. Surrounded by a plantation of avocados, relax on the multiple terraces (five no less), cool off from the Tenerife sun in the infinity waterfall pool with its Atlantic Ocean vistas or unwind in the hot tub. 

We love the professionally designed gardens – our favourite spot is the yoga/meditation corner –  very zen. There's a fantastic outdoor kitchen, too – cook up a feast while you enjoy the fabulous views of Mount Teide, the forests and hills. As sunset arrives, pick some mint for your mojitos from the herb garden or feel free to pick a lemon for your G&T. As the light continues to fade, gather around the designer fire pit. 

Or, on cooler evenings, cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove indoors. Here, you'll find gorgeous beamed, vaulted ceilings, as well as original pictures and sculptures.

There's plenty to do out and about too. Hire a bike and explore the terrain (many professional cycling teams train here). If you prefer something a bit less energetic, there are three golf courses within easy reach, including one designed by Seve Ballestros. The nearest beach is 3 kilometres away, along with the popular resort beaches and Lido in Puerto de la Cruz, while La Orotava has an array of cafes, shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

In the afternoon, perhaps head to La Canteras  Beach, under a minute stroll away. It’s one of the best urban beaches in the world, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants to sample in the vicinity too. Or, for a bit of culture, Las Palmas Cathedral is a ten-minute ride away. It’s a couple of minutes more to Casa-Museo de Colón, which documents Columbus’ voyages.
