It's packed with traditional character and rustic touches, creating a charming place to unwind. The courtyard is perfect for alfresco meals and afternoon dips, while the roof terrace is the go-to spot for sundowners. On the top floor, a large room serves as a studio for yoga, fitness routines, or business meetings. But the best part is the location. You're in the heart of old-town Pollença here, walking distance from the town centre and its amenities. There's also a garage if you plan to drive – quite a rare feature in this locale.

Tangerine & Turquoise

If you’re looking for a place to switch off in the glorious Mallorcan sunshine, then this traditional villa is just the ticket. The interiors are relaxed and comfortable, and there is a sense of calm throughout thanks to the whitewashed walls and homely furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for rustling up your favourite dishes and the living space calls for kicking back with a cup of coffee or a glass of something chilled. 

Outside, you’ll find a terrace geared up for alfresco breakfasts and a swimming pool for keeping cool on warm afternoons. After a refreshing swim, followed by a sunbathing session on a comfy lounger, amble down to Can Cap de Bou Beach – just fifteen minutes from your doorstep. If you’re in the mood for some hustle and bustle, Port de Pollença is a short drive away. Stroll around the cobbled streets with an ice cream in hand before picking out a restaurant by the marina for some fresh seafood. 

In This World

This home is a rare gift – a townhouse with a private pool in the heart of Pollensa Old Town. It’s a short stroll from the town’s buzzing bars, restaurants and shops, and the hiking and biking trails into the Tramuntana Mountains. The pool is more like a plunge pool than a spot to swim laps, but it’s the perfect tonic to the Mallorcan heat. The ground floor features a modern kitchen with a dining area opening straight to the pool terrace, as well as a separate lounge area perfect for relaxing. On the first floor, a shaded terrace looks out over the rooftops to the mountains.

Hidden Depths

Out in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains, there’s nothing but the cheep of birds in the orange groves. Days at this family-sized villa can be spent swimming laps in the huge pool before drying in the Mallorcan sun on a lounger. There are lawn games, table tennis, basketball and a trampoline to keep the kids entertained along with toys and games inside. There are two sitting rooms – one a sunny formal lounge and dining room with direct access to the barbecue terrace, and the other a casual spot with a pool table. Want to test out the fully-equipped kitchen? The charming old town of Pollensa is just along the road to stock up on supplies. 

Tramuntana Vista

In the heart of the countryside and an area of natural beauty, you’ll find this beautiful, elegant villa waiting quietly for you. You are welcomed by shades of pink, cream and terracotta stone, lit with warm amber lighting. The interiors are modern and abstract which will have you enthralled at every turn. Wonderfully social in nature, enjoy the open-plan living areas where you can sink into the deep comfortable sofas and chat about your day. Our favourite spot is the entertainment room, where you can pop some music on the jukebox or simply sit back and relax with one of the many books available. 

Outside is a jungle masterpiece. Spend your days wandering down the quaint paths to enjoy an afternoon of swimming in the private pool. With several exposed and covered terraces, you can relax with a cocktail in hand or dine alfresco with loved ones. The scenery is breathtaking, washed in shades of green. 

While this is a peaceful setting, if you fancy something a little more vibrant, stroll into the town of Pollença or take a short drive to the local beaches – there is plenty in the area to fill your day. When you are ready to retire for the evening, take a long luxurious bubble bath before enjoying a restful sleep in one of the serene bedrooms. Modern in design, and warm in nature, this home is a striking backdrop to a memorable stay. 

Shades of Jade

This charming 16th-century finca has been completely renovated into a relaxing holiday home. It’s situated between Pollensa and Puerta Pollensa in Sierra de Tramuntana, so you’ll have mountain views while also being close to beaches, restaurants, and markets. The finca used to be an oil mill and that historic charm has been retained – think classic stone walls and wooden beams. There’s a delightful terrace with a pergola, a great spot for alfresco dining, in addition to a heated swimming pool, where we’d be spending most of our time. You can also look forward to working up a sweat playing petanque and table tennis. 

The Olive Oil Mill

Sitting at the end of a quiet country lane in La Font, this villa invites ample relaxation within its lush green grounds. A private pool takes centre stage in its outdoors, with a shaded alfresco dining spot and a plethora of sun loungers completing the idyllic scene. A blend of contemporary and traditional decor can be found inside, with beamed ceilings and practical furnishings providing a warm welcome. And the upstairs main bedroom offers a private terrace – ideal for enjoying a sundowner while taking in views over the verdant grounds. When you’re not spending time at home, hop in the car to explore Pollença Town (less than a ten-minute drive) or make a beeline for Port de Pollença with its stretch of sandy shoreline. 


A Hidden Paradise

This idyllic farmhouse villa waits just minutes from the beautiful old town of Pollenca, Mallorca. You'll be able to enjoy true luxury with your own private pool, sun loungers, alfresco dining and sofas where you can talk the night away, drink in hand. The kids will love the lush gardens, painstakingly landscaped to be as beautiful as possible. Complete with stepping stones and a play house amongst the trees, they won't even have to leave the house to have fun. At night, watch the outdoor areas change into something magical, bathed in golden lights as the sky darkens to dusk and the stars come out. There's no need to head inside, though – you can still go for a dip in the pool or pour out another drink under the parasols without worrying about the dark, and head up to bed whenever you please. Whether you're throwing a barbecue and dining alfresco or whipping up a culinary masterpiece in the fully-equipped indoor kitchen, you'll be in your element here. The annexe at the bottom of the garden houses an additional double bed and bathroom for guests who would like extra privacy during their stay, so you can rest assured there will be more than enough room for everyone.

For those looking for a bit of excitement on their holiday, look no further than Pollenca and the port of the famous town. From beaches and watersports to visiting ancient Roman ruins and mountains like Formentor, the area is brimming with exciting activities and ways to spend your days, and you'll want for nothing in this beautiful home.

Stepping Stones & Splendour

This bright and modern apartment, nestled between picturesque mountains and the deep blue of the sea, is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxed family holiday. You’ll be steps away from the beach, and you can also enjoy the patio with its gorgeous views and comfy seats and sun loungers. 

The inside emanates stylish elegance, and we love the abundance of natural light here, flooding in from the large windows. Kick off your shoes and snuggle up in the cosy lounge area or rustle up a delicious meal in the modern kitchen – you can enjoy it with the whole family at the dining table. 

Factor in the plush, comfy bedrooms and sparkling bathrooms, and you have all you need for a truly restful stay. 

When you’re ready to venture out and explore, there is plenty to keep you busy: from riding stables, surf and sailing schools and a golf course all within a fifteen-minute drive, to the gorgeous hiking paths just minutes from the house, you’ll find yourself in an ideal spot to get the most out of all this magical island has to offer. 


Between the Blue and the Sky

Sitting in a peaceful neighbourhood on the edge of Pollença, this home opens its doors to a relaxing island escape. Featuring a private swimming pool (heated upon request), a shaded terrace and a barbecue, you’ll find everything you could need for blissful days at home. Children’s amenities are available on request, plus there’s table tennis and Netflix – ensuring plenty of entertainment for the whole gang. You will need a car to get around, but it’s just a short drive to the nearest beach and the old town of Pollença. 


Sunshine & Sunflowers

If it’s total relaxation you seek, this peaceful Mallorcan villa could be just the ticket. Nestled between the sloping mountains and trees promising privacy, the natural setting is enough to melt any thoughts of the daily grind away. Here, you can find the peace you’ve been craving, on a quiet, cypress tree-lined avenue. Being in the foothills of the mountain, you might not think you’re so close to Pollenca, but this traditional villa is just out on the outskirts of the bustling resort town. 

Blissful hours pass by easily here. Lounging by the curved pool, occasionally taking a dip, taking solace from the mid-day sun on the shaded terrace, and simply soaking in the beautiful surroundings. You might find yourself losing track of time captivated by the sunlight flickering between the leafy trees, distracting you from your current read. 

The traditional exterior of whitewashed walls and a sloping tiled roof is a beautiful contrast to the sleek, minimalist interior. The contemporary space lets the natural surroundings do the talking, which peeks through windows and doors at every opportunity. 

When you’re not grilling up local produce on the barbecue, you’ll love preparing food in the high-spec kitchen. Gather around the kitchen island, chopping and mixing together as a group. Or, for a treat, let your host arrange for a private chef to wow you with local dishes. If you fancy a change of scenery for dinner, Pollenca town is a mere ten-minute walk away, where you’ll delight in tucking into tapas accompanied by plenty of sangria.

Sundance Solace

Contemporary elegance meets family getaway in this dazzling villa. Sleek finishes and chic furnishings make this home a design marvel, while your host manages to think of everything you could need for the little ones too. The kids will love it just as much as the grownups, with plenty of entertainment meaning you can find total relaxation under the sun with a glass of wine in hand. 

The setting alone is stunning. Encircled by lush palm trees, with views of the sloping mountains ahead, this home is immersed in natural beauty. You’ll spend most of your time making the most of the outdoor space, whether that’s enjoying breakfasts on the patio, reading on the shaded sofa, soaking up the sun on the daybed, or taking dips in the shimmering pool. And with the fence secured around the pool, you can truly relax without having to worry about the little ones while they play in the Wendy house or build a fort.

The garden is gorgeous, but you’ll want to make use of your gorgeous interior too. Modern designs are met with rustic accents – even the most reluctant of chefs will be tempted by the high-spec kitchen. Or, a private chef can take care of dinner for you. But when the sun starts to set, you’ll be captivated by the fiery sun dipping behind the mountains, painting the sky pink and purple in its wake. Your daybed has the clearest view for dusk – it’s truly a picture-perfect moment. 

If you never wanted to leave this slice of heaven, we’d get it. But the old town of Pollenca is just a short walk away – walk through cobblestone streets, tuck into tapas at local spots, and explore the handicraft shops. For days at the beach, head for Cala San Vincente or Puerto Pollenca – they’re both just a ten-minute drive away.
