Combining traditional Mallorcan interior design with plenty of modern conveniences, this townhouse, a stone’s throw from the heart of Pollença, makes you feel instantly at ease. We loved nothing more than kicking back with our morning coffee on the yellow and white striped sofa before rustling up a Mediterranean-inspired breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen. 

Clear your agenda and spend an afternoon lounging on the patio – get stuck into a good book or fire up the barbecue and grill produce picked up from the nearby weekly market. Should a siesta be on the cards, the unfussy bedrooms guarantee a peaceful snooze. 

When you do fancy a change of scenery, drive over to Alcúdia for its warren of narrow streets and centuries-old buildings. Enjoy a glass of something refreshing in a curb-side cafe then make a beeline for the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Alcúdia Beach.

A Piece of My Heart

It’s not often you find a Pollença townhouse as stylish and immaculate as this, but then the owner is a celebrated designer. Spread across three levels, you’ll find a chic mix of statement lighting, striking tiles and one-off pieces. There’s a lovely balcony and patio area, and a Jotul wood burner for winter stays. 

But the focal point of the home has to be the roof terrace with its outdoor sofa and beautiful views across the town to the Puig de Maria. We can see ourselves sunbathing here or enjoying pre-dinner cocktails. The cobbled streets of Pollença town are outside your door and you’re a 15-minute drive from the pretty coastal resort of Puerto de Pollença. Spend your days sightseeing or soaking up some sun, sea and sand, before an evening of tapas and sangria on Pollença’s bustling square, and a spot of stargazing on the roof terrace. 

Orange Crush

Surrounded by Mallorcan countryside, this 300-year-old villa welcomes large families or groups of friends to spend quality time in the sunshine. The outside space is sure to impress with its private pool, summer kitchen and terraces for tucking into homemade cooking. When night falls, we recommend heading to the cinema room and hunkering down in front of your favourite flick. Location-wise, Pollença and Can Cap de Bou Beach are no more than a twenty-minute drive away, and there are hiking routes on your doorstep if you’d prefer to expend some energy. 

The Jewel of Mallorca

This charming country home is in the peaceful countryside around Pollença, just a short drive from the town square, cafes and shops. An old farmhouse, this place has been carefully refurbished, with old stone walls shading the private pool from view. Inside, furnishings are traditional, so don't expect sleek modernism. The farmhouse-style kitchen is fully equipped for all culinary needs and alfresco dining is a cinch thanks to a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue grill. Best of all, from the courtyard-style garden, you’ve got a beautiful view of the Tramuntana mountains. 

Sun & Starlight

This home invites you to step into a peaceful sanctuary and experience the magic of total relaxation. Just a short walk from the enchanting old town of Pollensa, this is the perfect setting for a restorative retreat – one that will leave you feeling inspired by the simple pleasures of island living. 

Watch the sunrise from the rooftop terrace, take a refreshing dip in the pool, enjoy dreamy golden hour drinks on the balcony and simply soak up the tranquil charm of the verdant garden. Your host can also arrange lovely extras like massage treatments and private chefs – inviting you to sit back and celebrate life’s special moments. And when the cooler evenings draw you back inside, you’ll find the living room provides a cosy setting for heartwarming conversations by the fire. 

From here, the beaches of Cala San Vicente are just a five-minute drive away, while the nearby Natural Park S'Albufera and Cape Formentor provide a wonderful opportunity to connect with the island’s natural beauty.

Washed in rustic charm, this Spanish villa has it all. With whitewashed wooden beams, exposed stone, and mosaic tiles adding a touch of character, it’s classy and elegant, the perfect rural retreat. The living room is one of our favourite spots in this home – light and bright with contemporary sofas huddled around the wood burner, making it a welcoming space whatever the season. Winter months will be full of cosiness with the fire burning, and in summer, the sun streams in. As you stroll upstairs, if you have the pick of the bedrooms, we recommend the room with the four-poster and freestanding bathtub, the ultimate bit of luxury when you want a little quiet time to yourself. 

Outdoors, the swimming pool takes centre stage. Whether you’re soaking up the sun from the refreshing pool waters or relaxing on a lounger, you can enjoy the quiet of nature and drink in the mountain views as the palm trees sway around you. As day gives way to night, dine alfresco with loved ones and make a toast to good times as a blanket of stars drapes itself over you and your Spanish villa provides the perfect backdrop.

Awash With Tranquillity

This beautiful stone farmhouse is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, and is the perfect spot to be for travellers who are looking for peace and privacy during their holiday. If you're not willing to compromise on proximity when it comes to visiting sandy beaches and accessing everything the town of Pollensa has to offer, this is the home for you. Ideal for large families or groups of friends, you'll have access to your own private pool where you can do some paddling or sunbathe and relax, alfresco dining spots for enjoying meals grilled on the barbecue or in the modern kitchen, and the lavish gardens surrounding the home. In the evening, gather in the living room and let the warmth from the cosy fireplace help you unwind after a busy day.

The location of this home is one of its many highlights — whether you're in the mood for a day at the beach, a day exploring the historical and cultural sites of the town and port of Pollenca, or you just want to find a great restaurant for lunch, you'll find everything you need just a short drive from your doorstep. We do recommend having a car here, but you'll find yourself in fairly close proximity to everything exciting and worthwhile in the area, so you'll be able to fit in everything you want to do. This home acts as the perfect centre point for those wanting to get the most out of their Mallorcan holiday.

The kids will love it just as much as the grownups, with plenty of entertainment meaning you can find total relaxation under the sun with a glass of wine in hand. 

The setting alone is stunning. Encircled by lush palm trees, with views of the sloping mountains ahead, this home is immersed in natural beauty. You’ll spend most of your time making the most of the outdoor space, whether that’s enjoying breakfasts on the patio, reading on the shaded sofa, soaking up the sun on the daybed, or taking dips in the shimmering pool. And with the fence secured around the pool, you can truly relax without having to worry about the little ones while they play in the Wendy house or build a fort.

The garden is gorgeous, but you’ll want to make use of your gorgeous interior too. Modern designs are met with rustic accents – even the most reluctant of chefs will be tempted by the high-spec kitchen. Or, a private chef can take care of dinner for you. But when the sun starts to set, you’ll be captivated by the fiery sun dipping behind the mountains, painting the sky pink and purple in its wake. Your daybed has the clearest view for dusk – it’s truly a picture-perfect moment. 

If you never wanted to leave this slice of heaven, we’d get it. But the old town of Pollenca is just a short walk away – walk through cobblestone streets, tuck into tapas at local spots, and explore the handicraft shops. For days at the beach, head for Cala San Vincente or Puerto Pollenca – they’re both just a ten-minute drive away.

Imaginations Run Wild

Sitting above the Balearic Sea and the golden sands of Cala Molins lies this duplex apartment. Though you’ll need to climb some stairs to reach this pad, this pet-friendly spot is a great base for those wanting to explore the local hiking trails. You’re situated within a complex of homes right along the beachfront, so there's always the chance of hearing some buzz, though with a private rooftop at your fingertips, you’ll enjoy quiet moments, too. A car isn't necessary, but you'll want to hire one if you're looking to explore the Tramuntana Mountains and Punta de Coves Blanques.

Mallorcan Skies

Sitting in a peaceful neighbourhood on the edge of Pollença, this home opens its doors to a relaxing island escape. Featuring a private swimming pool (heated upon request), a shaded terrace and a barbecue, you’ll find everything you could need for blissful days at home. Children’s amenities are available on request, plus there’s table tennis and Netflix – ensuring plenty of entertainment for the whole gang. You will need a car to get around, but it’s just a short drive to the nearest beach and the old town of Pollença. 


Sunshine & Sunflowers

In the heart of the countryside and an area of natural beauty, you’ll find this beautiful, elegant villa waiting quietly for you. You are welcomed by shades of pink, cream and terracotta stone, lit with warm amber lighting. The interiors are modern and abstract which will have you enthralled at every turn. Wonderfully social in nature, enjoy the open-plan living areas where you can sink into the deep comfortable sofas and chat about your day. Our favourite spot is the entertainment room, where you can pop some music on the jukebox or simply sit back and relax with one of the many books available. 

Outside is a jungle masterpiece. Spend your days wandering down the quaint paths to enjoy an afternoon of swimming in the private pool. With several exposed and covered terraces, you can relax with a cocktail in hand or dine alfresco with loved ones. The scenery is breathtaking, washed in shades of green. 

While this is a peaceful setting, if you fancy something a little more vibrant, stroll into the town of Pollença or take a short drive to the local beaches – there is plenty in the area to fill your day. When you are ready to retire for the evening, take a long luxurious bubble bath before enjoying a restful sleep in one of the serene bedrooms. Modern in design, and warm in nature, this home is a striking backdrop to a memorable stay.

The bedrooms are just as snazzy and bright, with direct access to the balcony or terrace, so you can wake up to a morning coffee while taking in the view. 

When it's time to head out, follow the Roman steps onto your manicured garden and explore the local area from this desirable location. You're a ten-minute walk from the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa, with a selection of restaurants and bars to discover.
