A penthouse apartment in the heart of Seville with a private sunny terrace to boot? Yes, please. Make yourself comfortable on the shaded outdoor sofas as the sun gleams off the cathedral’s dome or catch some rays from the loungers as you indulge in your holiday read. There’s even an outdoor shower to cool you down from all that relaxation. While the home’s interiors are more practical than stylish, it faces an inner courtyard giving you a bit more peace and quiet. And the additional covered balcony offers a nice alternative if the main terrace gets too hot. You’re also within easy walking distance of all the city’s main sights, making this central pad an ideal base for culture seekers and first-time visitors. 


Sol for the Soul

Soft hues of blue set the scene for a serene stay in this central Seville apartment. Dressed in infinite elegance, expect high-quality furnishings and stylish finishing touches throughout. 

From out on the light, inviting balcony, soak up privileged views of the  Maestranza bull ring in the Seville sunshine. We love the kitchen hatch and open wall, which not only creates the illusion of a bigger space but presents the apartment in a sociable setting where members of the group can enjoy the different spaces as one. So one of you can be cooking up some Spanish culinary delights in the kitchen while the other selects an atmospheric soundtrack to listen to while you dine. 

Alternatively, the neighbourhood boasts an array of local tapas, bars and eateries, should you prefer to have your meals prepared for you. Meanwhile, the "El Arenal" district is within walking distance of many of Seville's sought-after attractions, such as the Cathedral and Constitucion Avenue. 







Aqua Pop

This three-bedroom apartment in Seville is flooded with light. Floor-to-ceiling windows give this beautifully decorated apartment an airy, open feel, while the stylish decor ensures it feels elegant and comfortable at once. 

The apartment has everything you need for your visit to Seville and is wonderfully situated in a central location. A metro station is nearby, but we found it easy enough to explore the city on foot – that way you don’t miss out on the architecture. 

We enjoyed starting our day on the balcony with a coffee, planning what we’d do with our time. The views from Setas de la Seville are a twenty-five-minute stroll from the apartment, while Torre del Oro is just seven minutes away. Both offer views and a taste of the fascinating history of the city. For shopping, head to Calle Sierpes. This chic street is twenty-one minutes away on foot. 

After freshening up back at the apartment, indulge in a cocktail on the balcony before heading out for the evening. Strolling along the pretty streets, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to wine bars and tempting tapas restaurants. 


Leather & Light

In a city like Seville with its fair share of opulent architecture, it only feels fitting to stay somewhere with a palatial feel. This home in the centre of Seville more than fits the bill on that front.

Accessed by a pretty tiled courtyard surrounded by a verandah, the interior benefits from high coffered ceilings, tall windows and smart parquet flooring, while there's a collection of chic furnishings, vibrant artworks and eye-catching lighting that all score well in the style stakes. Although there's an innate sense of history inside, much of the home leans on the contemporary side, especially the glossy kitchen and bathrooms.

As well as the aforementioned courtyard, guests can also make the most of the Andalusian summer up on the private terrace complete with a view of the city's rooftops and uninterrupted skyline. Alternatively, you can explore the leafy expanse of Jardines de Murillo, just over five minutes' walk away. This is just one of a huge amount of attractions that can be easily reached from the home on foot, including the ruins of a Roman temple just around the corner.

Pageant Queen

This modern apartment piqued our interest with its stylish interiors, ample-sized living spaces and excellent location. We think it's a fantastic place to come home to after an afternoon exploring Seville. Kick off your shoes and make yourself comfortable on the cushy sofas (a glass of Cava, optional), then when you're feeling peckish, rustle up tapas and other delicious dishes in the jade green kitchen. All the creature comforts are accounted for – Nespresso machine, rainfall shower, smart TV – but our favourite part is the window overlooking La Giralda bell tower. With views like that, you can't help but love this cosy hideaway.

Best of all, you'll find this flat in the historic city centre, next to the Cathedral of Seville. From this spot, sightseeing is easy – the Royal Alcázar is right down the street, Maestranza bullring is walkable in five minutes and Plaza de España is just fifteen minutes on foot. A countless array of bars, independent shops and mouth-watering restaurants are all nearby – as far as locales go, you couldn't ask for better.

Gilded Jade

Located in a historic building, this bright and inviting home matches the energy of gorgeous Seville, promising a wonderful stay in the Andalusian capital. Situated just off the famous Santa Cruz Square, it's the ideal setting for a getaway in Seville.

Seville has a distinct style, it's a lovely and colourful blend of classic and modern, which runs through this home beautifully. Exposed brick, wooden beams, and classic furniture go harmoniously with contemporary artwork and vibrant interiors. It's the kind of place that just looks warm and feels welcoming, with its soft, sandy tones and the glorious natural light that floods through the patio doors, inviting you out to the balcony. There's so much to love in this apartment, but this suntrap could be our favourite bit of the whole place – you'll love spending lazy mornings sipping coffee around the bistro table, overlooking luscious gardens and Santa Cruz Square. 

When you're energised and ready to head out, exploring Seville comes with ease here. Step outside and you'll be within walking distance of the Seville Cathedral, the Alcázar, the Giralda, and more. Santa Teresa Street and the square are also just steps away, where you can admire the beautiful architecture and embrace the historical surroundings. 

When your feet can no longer carry you, make your way home to relax and watch the smart TV, or have a glass of wine and a game of cards on the balcony, before getting ready for the evening. Your kitchen is well equipped for whipping up delicious meals, but if you don't fancy cooking, Santa Cruz is teeming with small, traditional tapas bars that'll blow you away. And no trip to Seville is complete without visiting a flamenco show – there are plenty of spots in the neighbourhood that are sure to impress. 

Crush on Cruz

This apartment is located in a historic building that has been completely renovated, and is just a few meters from Seville's Cathedral, the Giralda and the Torre del Oro. All of Seville’s major sights are on your doorstep. The apartment has a bright living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, a table for four, and a small, unfurnished balcony with street views. If you’re not too busy exploring the late-night tapas joints and buzzing wine bars of your neighbourhood, there’s a full kitchen. 

The Season's Dream

The perfect pied-à-terre for lovers of history, heritage and uncomplicated open plan living, this stunning studio apartment has it all. Featuring honey hued brick walls, tiled floors and tasteful soft furnishings, this recently renovated home preserves the elegance and distinction of the original building. Whether you’re sipping on your morning cup of coffee in bed, whipping up some tapas or perching on the vibrant green stools in the kitchen or chilling out on the sofa, you’ll love how intimate and yet surprisingly spacious this home for two feels. 

We’re sure you’ll be loathe to leave your lovers’ retreat and yet we bet this home’s superb location in Seville’s historic and artistic quarter means you’ll be lured out in no time. Wandering the mesmerising maze-like streets of the district of Santa Cruz, you’ll not only stumble upon such treasures as the Cathedral and the Real Alcázar but also secret squares, old palaces and churches, not to mention tapas restaurants and bars aplenty. Whatever you do, Seville is sure to seduce.


Honey Hues

Located in the heart of Seville’s historic Santa Cruz neighbourhood, this characterful apartment puts you in a prime position to make the most out of the city’s cultural wonders, including the cathedral and the famous Royal Alcázar.

Inside, whitewashed walls, terracotta floors and classic-meets-contemporary decor offer an inviting welcome in the living area. Make yourself comfortable on the cushy sofa with a glass of Spanish wine and gaze out at the leafy communal courtyard from the large shuttered windows. The two bedrooms, meanwhile, are elegantly styled with wood headboards, exposed stone walls and carefully curated pieces of art. Finally, the bathrooms – exquisite spaces with their marble and tiled detailing – are ready to get any day on the right foot with their relaxing rainfall showers. 

And when it comes to sightseeing, you’re spoilt for choice with countless things to see and do within easy walking distance – the Catedral de Sevilla and La Giralda are 350 metres away, the Royal Alcázar of Seville is 550 metres away and the beautiful Plaza de España is 1.5 kilometres from your door.

With views of the Torre del Oro from its living room’s Juliet balconies, this stylish apartment in Seville is an ideal base for those looking to make the most of the city’s history and culture. Double-height ceilings and a mezzanine lounge are nice touches here, as is the generously sized kitchen for when you want a break from the city’s countless restaurants. At capacity, one guest will need to sleep on the sofa bed in the living area which won’t offer as much privacy. But with its central locale and eye-catching design, this city pad ticks a lot of boxes.

Within walking distance of the Seville Cathedral and its adjoining Royal Alcázar palace, this bright apartment boasts a central location in the so-nicknamed Pearl of Andalusia. Hear the Giralda bells ringing as you sip horchata in the shopping quarter, just one street away from this home. We love the tasteful pops of colour injected throughout the designs of this home, as paired with the space's light, inviting atmosphere – you'll be making yourself at home in a wonderfully pleasing aesthetic. 

Spread across two floors, the duplex layout of the apartment presents enough space for a group of up to six guests to come together in a stylish setting. 

However, the cherry on the cake is revealed when you make your way up to the rooftop terrace. Here you'll find comfortable furniture as well as sweeping views of the cathedral and Giralda tower. Not to mention the endless array of sunshine found up here to soak up in between excursions out in Seville. 

Located just a few meters from the likes of Seville's famous Cathedral, Giralda Tower, Alcázar, Archivo de Indias and the Torre del Oro – you'll be well-positioned for discovering the city's sights on foot. Meanwhile, there'll be little need to step foot on public transport when it comes to eating out, as there are a variety of tapas bars and Andalusian restaurants also in the local area.
