The duplex is part of a fully renovated palace house, which has been flawlessly decorated to add plenty of modern flair. You'll love the stylish living space, with its marble floors and contemporary silhouettes – pour a glass of wine and make yourself comfortable. However, the crown jewel of this home has to be the fabulous terrace area. Step outside from the living room or the main bedroom and soak up the sunshine in style – there's even a plunge pool where you can take a refreshing dip to cool off. 

From here, you can take your pick from the selection of tapas bars in the surrounding streets – Seville is famous for having one on every corner. The beautiful cathedral and Royal Alcázar of Seville are just a stroll away, where you can admire the gorgeous architecture. And, just a little further, you'll find the iconic Plaza de España, with its ornate pavilion and adjacent gardens.

At capacity, one person will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living area, although you won’t find enough space for five around the dining table. And, if you're catching up on work while you're away, there's a study desk area in the twin bedroom. But the real standout of this home is having the private terrace, complete with stylish chairs and an outside dining area. 

Lady Of The City

If you're paying a visit to Seville and looking for a beautiful and unique home that will add to the experience, this probably ain't it. However, solo travellers or couples who are sure that they'll be spending most of their time exploring the city and only want a solid base to return to late at night will be more than happy with this option.

The design is certainly simple, but it's been executed rather well. Cleansingly white walls lend an innate sense of brightness, as does the minimalist kitchen – even if it's a little short on surface space and an oven. Although parts of it, like the bathroom, feel super-sleek, you can also see that some of the building's historic features have been retained during recent renovations, such as the window frames and wooden beams.

One thing that can't be quibbled with is just how good the location is. The leafy Jardines de Murillo is all of a minute's walk away, while the cathedral only takes five minutes to reach on foot. The famous Mushrooms of Seville are less than a quarter of an hour away, too.

Fresh Thinking

Immerse yourself in Seville's rich history and culture with a stay at this stylish apartment. The star attraction here is the central location, being just a short walk from Catedral de Sevilla, the Royal Alcázar, and the Torre del Oro. While the kitchen is on the smaller side, you'll also find a variety of tapas bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Inside, it's a sleek design with a winding staircase leading to the twin bedroom. There's also a double sofa bed, although dining space is limited so we recommend the apartment for two guests.

This pocket-sized pad is short on space so we recommend packing light. But a sofa bed in the living area offers flexible sleeping arrangements, and the small street-facing Juliet balcony is a nice touch here too.

You won't need to worry about having a car here though – attractions and landmarks like the Catedral de Sevilla and Seville's Royal Alcázar are within easy walking distance, so it's a fantastic spot for getting to know Seville with minimal effort.

Boasting a pair of terraces across two levels, this central Sevillian apartment is a sun seeker’s dream. Whether you’re enjoying an alfresco meal on the lower deck or working on your tan on the rooftop, you’ll love the city views stretching out before you. The decor isn’t the most inspiring inside and the compact kitchenette is best suited to light bites.
