Guests can enjoy a well-kept garden of 1000m2 with a fenced indoor pool that is heated and secured, an outdoor shower, and a terrace with barbecue facilities and deck chairs. The property also includes a storage room for bicycles and reserved parking for up to 2 cars. Nearby attractions include La Trinité Sur Mer, Carnac et ses alignements, Presqu'île de Quiberon, Vannes, Plage de Locmariaquer par voie cyclable, Belle ile en Mer, Houat, Hoedic, and numerous hiking paths in Le Golfe du Morbihan.

The apartment is situated on the fourth floor and has a south-facing terrace with beautiful sea views. It features comfortable furnishings, including a living/dining room with a flat-screen TV, two bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The apartment also includes a washing machine and free WiFi. Guests can enjoy nearby attractions such as Alignements dolmens et menhirs, Presqu'île de Quiberon 15 km, Vannes 30 km, Lorient 50 km. Parking is available on-site and there is an elevator in the building for easy access.

Just a nine-minute drive from the awe-inspiring, prehistoric Carnac Stones, this stone villa might not be as ancient, but it’s certainly got a different type of allure. Your apartment is set up in the sloped roof of this traditional home, where the rich wood of the pine planks brings warmth and colour to otherwise understated interiors. We love the natural feel of the living and dining space – wicker chairs and decorations, faux fur throws, and pale wooden floors are illuminated by a sloped window and the glass doors leading to the balcony. This cute outdoor spot looks out to views of nearby gardens. We think it's the perfect place to enjoy a fresh baguette, nibble some olives, and sip a chilled glass of sauvignon blanc. At bedtime, ascend the staircase to the mezzanine floor. Mirrored wardrobes extend the space, with yet more fabulous wooden slatted ceilings to wake up to. After your morning café au lait, grab your beach towel and take an eight-minute walk to Plage de Carnac. Spend the morning trying watersports like kitesurfing, then spend the afternoon sunbathing while you listen to the lapping waves.

There's one main reason that people flock to the town of Damgan and that's the long stretches of idyllic beaches that dominate the coastline in this corner of Brittany. With this in mind, you can see why we're so smitten with this apartment that's only 80 metres from the seaside.

Having said that, there's more riding in the home's favour than its prime position on the map. The design is sleek and contemporary, with a preference for walls painted in muted grey, sleek surfaces and white furnishings. The bedrooms might lie on the smaller side, but the open and light-filled communal space more than makes up for it – if not, the private balcony should act as a sweetener.
 
When it comes to filling up your itinerary, more active types will be overjoyed at the number of outdoor excursions that are easy to try here, whether it's renting bicycles and watersports equipment or simply swimming in the Gulf of Morbihan. The town centre is only 150 metres from the home when you want restaurants, cafes and bars.
