On the third floor of a typical period building, it's in a great spot on a popular shopping street at the foot of Pommeraye Passage. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, and whether you're a solo traveller or a small family, it's sweet, sophisticated and we think it's pretty stylish.

Small but perfectly formed, its open living space is partly divided with a handy kitchenette, a sofa and a dining table that could double as a desk if you'll be working during your stay. There's a calm and quiet main bedroom, a shower room and a special extra space up the open ladder stairs in the living room – a mezzanine that could easily sleep a third guest. Facing a courtyard, it's an oasis of calm that we think you'll love.

When you’re ready to go out and discover Nantes, you’ll find plenty to keep you busy here, including Nantes Cathedral and the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, the latter being a fifteen-minute walk away. This lovely duplex apartment may be compact in size, but its many vibrant shades of green and close proximity to all the sights make it an ideal base for a couple on a romantic trip to Nantes. We think you’ll love the warm, welcoming vibes of this little gem, and the central location is certainly an added bonus too. 

While there are quite a few stairs to climb before reaching the front door, it’ll be worth it once you arrive inside, greeted by a cheerful and light-filled interior. The open-plan living and dining area on the bottom level provides more than enough space to kick back and relax after a day of dashing about town, and that plush sofa is simply impossible to resist – and frankly, why would you even try to resist lounging on top of it, settled in for an evening of movies and French wine. Should you wish to stay in and rustle up a quick and delicious supper, the modern kitchen has you covered, with all the essentials necessary to dazzle your companion with your culinary skills. 

Head up the stairs to find a charming bedroom, complete with generous storage space and a dedicated desk, should you need to catch up on some laptop duties during your stay. 

Outside you’ll find yourself just a short walk from the city and centre and all its landmarks, as well as many great shops and restaurants. You can also take the river shuttle across the Loire to the charming old fishing village of Trentemoult,  known for its colourful houses, traditional bistros and creperies.
