Visiting Florence is always a good idea, and staying in this historic palazzo makes it all the more memorable. You’ll be in an incredible location, between the iconic Ponte Vecchio and  Ponte Santa Trinita – you can admire the four seasons statues from the living room windows. This home comprises two suites with bedrooms at mezzanine level above the living spaces, and a third bedroom. There’s plenty of space – you can unwind here in between exploring Florence. 

Between the Bridges

Tucked in a historic building in the heart of Florence, this apartment offers a refreshing city sanctuary. Set across two floors, the rooms are simple and traditional with space to relax, unwind or catch up on work. There are two terraces – one of which has impressive views across Palazzo Pitti. And when it comes to sightseeing, you couldn’t be in a better location. Outside, it’s just moments to Ponte Vecchio, while the Cathedral and Piazza della Repubblica are also within easy walking distance.  


Soft Sunrise

If the original frescoes adorning this apartment don’t impress, then its location surely will. Set in the historic Santa Croce district, there’s a piazza right around the corner bustling with traditional restaurants and all the sightseeing hotspots are easily reached on foot. Housed in a grand palazzo, the apartment is surprisingly practical despite its historic bones. There’s air conditioning throughout, two bathrooms to speed mornings along and a desk for working remotely. It’s worth mentioning that if four guests stay, the last two will share a sofa bed in the lounge. While this won’t suit everyone, it could work out great for a small family or friends sharing.

The Frescoes

If you’re looking to immerse yourself in the historic heart of Florence, look no further than this apartment. Outside, you can wind your way through the medieval streets to iconic sights like the Cathedral and Piazza della Signoria. There’s plenty of choice when it comes to incredible Italian restaurants as well as shops and cafes. The close proximity to public transport also means it’s easy to explore further afield. And when it comes to relaxation, you’ll find this home provides the perfect city sanctuary. The rooms are welcoming, warm and ideal for couples and families. 


Renaissance Rose

Location is the name of the game at this one-bed in Florence. It's near Piazza Santissima Annunziata, away from the tourist throngs, but close enough to the action that you can do a lot on foot. The area is also a hive of activity with artisan shops and studios dotted around the streets, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants aplenty. And, with a large, private terrace at your disposal, you can cap the day off with a cocktail or meal alfresco, with views over the landscaped gardens below. 

 The Florentine Artisan

Enjoying a privileged position right on the banks of the River Arno, this handsome apartment is just the ticket for those looking for a sunny, relaxing stay. 
 
Inside, Old World charm creates an instantly inviting welcome in the grand living area with a plethora of antiques and classical-style furnishings, as well as a beautiful mezzanine library – the ideal spot to stow yourself away for some quiet reading. Those looking to work from home will find plenty of desk spaces, including in the elegant bedrooms with their river views.
 
Our favourite spot, however, is the private terrace overlooking the Arno, the San Niccolò district and the Oltrarno hills. Start your mornings here over coffee while listening to the river’s whispers or end evenings with a spritz at sundown before discovering the local dining scene. 
 
Speaking of exploring, you're spoilt for choice when it comes to cultural hotspots nearby with the Uffizi Gallery a seven-minute walk, Ponte Vecchio a nine-minute stroll and the famous Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore thirteen minutes away on foot. 


Arno Poetry

Under the soft gaze of Florence’s historic buildings and surrounded by olive trees, this home feels like a calm oasis in the heart of the city. It’s a wonderful setting for friends and families to relax, whilst also enjoying the close proximity to the iconic sights and monuments.  

Stepping inside, you’ll want to pause and savour the unique presence of this apartment – it’s a traditional space filled with personal details that add warmth and character. And whether you’re preparing drinks in the kitchen, enjoying the warm breeze on the terrace or gathering around the table, this home is designed to enjoy the beauty of Italian living. 

Outside, you can wander through the Piazza d’Azeglio and on through the majestic city streets to the Cathedral of Santa Maria – only a twenty–minute walk away. You’ll also find the beautiful market of Sant’Ambrogio is just a five–minute walk from this home – this is a wonderful spot to mingle with locals and sample traditional delicacies. 

The Celestina  

This apartment is on the third floor of a historically important palazzo in Florence. It’s perfectly located for exploring the city, with most of the main attractions a ten-fifteen-minute walk away, including Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. The Basilica of Santa Croce is a few steps away, and the apartment boasts spectacular views of Florentine rooftops. The apartment is full of historic charm – we love the frescoed ceilings – and has plenty of space for all twelve guests to spend time together. 

Terracotta Embrace

Built around 1470,  every room tells a story, with grand frescoes, soaring ceilings and antique furnishings. Three lavish living areas, a formal dining room, and richly decorated bedrooms offer a truly regal experience. You’ll even enter through a majestic inner courtyard adorned with statues. While the kitchen and bathrooms feel compact and dated compared to the grandeur elsewhere, they serve their purpose – and you’re unlikely to mind. After all, it’s not every day you wake up surrounded by history, art and architecture this spectacular. This is a one-of-a-kind stay you won’t forget.

Palatial Grandeur 

Located within a 16th-century Palazzo, this apartment offers a unique stay in the heart of Florence. From here, you can stroll to iconic sights like the Basilica of Santa Croce and Ponte Vecchio. You’ll also be spoiled for choice when it comes to restaurants, cafes and bars. Back at home, the living room lends itself perfectly to evening drinks, while the bedrooms (all of which have an en-suite bathroom) make it easy to unwind. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared gym and terrace.

Arno View

Just four minutes from the Ponte Vecchio on foot, this home's location alone is enough reason for us to praise it to the skies. It sits along a steep, cobbled street in the heart of Florence's historic centre and boasts proximity to all the main sights on foot. You couldn't ask for a better location, less than a twenty-minute stroll from the Duomo and the famous Piazzale Michelangelo viewpoint and even closer to the Pitti Palace's museums and gardens. 

The interior is warm and inviting, striking the perfect balance between authentic charm and contemporary comfort. We especially love the open-plan living space, primed for relaxation with a compact yet equipped kitchen, a large dining table, a cosy lounge and a majestic fireplace. Perched on the second floor, it feels delightfully peaceful despite its central location and offers beautiful views from its large shuttered windows. After a day of adventure, enjoy a glass of wine while admiring your scenic surroundings before slipping out for your reservation at one of the many eateries nearby.
