An internal courtyard leads to a private sauna and a wine cellar, and there’s even a shared infinity pool – what could be better than drinking in those majestic views while enjoying a dip? You’ll also have access to a dock for boat tours. 

Golden Reflections

What a location this home has in the heart of Varenna's historic centre. Lake Como is just 10 metres away, while restaurants, ice cream parlours and shops are also very close by. Down one of Varenna's typical alleys, you'll find this charming house in a private courtyard full of roses and palm trees. A raised terrace with alfresco dining is perfect for enjoying the sunset. There's also a stunning view of the famous 'Walk of Lovers' from this home. Inside, there's an upside-down layout, with the bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower ground floor.

The Varenna View

This picture-perfect townhouse has a garden that leads right down to the azure waters of Lake Como. Spread across three floors, the interiors are bright and contemporary, with natural light pouring in and a few indulgent touches – like a bathtub in the main bedroom. Outside, there’s a shaded dining area and a pool with serene views across the lake and over to Isola Comacina, just a five-minute boat ride away. As for location, you’re in the pretty village of Sala Comacina, home to a handful of lakeside restaurants and cafés, with Tremezzo only fifteen minutes away by car.

On Como's Shores

Tucked in the historic streets of Varenna, this home offers impressive views and a fantastic location. From here it’s a short walk to Lake Como, while the nearest beach is just 50 metres away. And when you’re not out exploring the majestic surroundings, this home provides the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. Spread across three floors, the rooms are traditional and family-friendly, plus there is a small balcony with outdoor seating. It’s worth noting there are three sofa beds here, but it’s a great option for groups in search of ease and a great location. 


Flower of the Lake

With private boat mooring, peaceful grounds and beautiful views, this home opens its doors to the timeless magic of lakeside living. Dating back to the 19th-century, the main house and adjoining annexe can accommodate eighteen guests with an extra double room (for two guests) available for an additional fee. And from the moment of arrival, you’ll find plenty to keep you entertained. From the private pool and tennis court to the games room and antique furnishings, every detail has been considered to deliver an unforgettable stay. You can also enjoy a complimentary dinner service on your first night, daily breakfast is included and a private chef is available (for an additional fee) throughout your stay. And when it comes to adventures further afield, it’s just a short drive or boat trip to nearby Menaggio and Como. 

Haven of Beauty

Escape to the shores of Lake Como with a stay in this peaceful retreat. You’ll be welcomed by stunning views, a serene garden and an infinity pool for refreshing dips. There’s also a terrace with a barbecue for alfresco dining and you’ll find plenty of space inside to stretch out and unwind. Your host can also help organise special extras like massage treatments, private chefs and yoga sessions. You will need a car to get around here, but it’s just a short drive to Menaggio and Tremezzo. 



Reflections of Peace

Magnificent views await at this apartment in Cremia. Wake up to the sight of the mountains and the lake, then pad out to the small balcony for a coffee in the fresh air. Need a bit more space to soak up the scenery? A second terrace is perfect for just that. The living space is contemporary and comfortable, even with a sofa bed for two guests. It's worth noting that the owner lives on-site, but only a small garden is shared between you. Besides, with Lake Como a short walk away and Menaggio within driving distance, we think it ticks all the boxes.

Cremia Beauty

Views of Lake Como don't come much better than this – and neither do penthouse locations. You're within walking distance of Fiumelatte for evening meals and the train station (just 300 metres away) for trips to nearby historic Varenna. Rather travel by boat? Hop on the ferry (a three-kilometre drive away) to glitzy Bellagio and beyond. Back home, the main bedroom suite, with its dressing area and Jacuzzi for two, more than delivers. However, it's worth noting that the headspace in the mezzanine second bedroom is low and better suited for children. But for those jaw-dropping views from the private terrace, we can forgive that.

Sunset On The Lake

Just steps from the gorgeous Lake Como, this charming apartment is spread over three levels with a lot of stairs. We think the private balcony is a highlight here – there's enough space to sit out and gaze across the lake with an evening drink or a light breakfast. Being in the centre of Varenna, some street noise can be expected, but this can be remedied with earplugs. Public transport is easily accessible, whether you're catching a train to Milan at the Varenna-Esino railway station or heading to the ferry depot and discovering the beauty of Lake Como.

The Stone & the Mountain

No matter the hour of day or time of year, this 19th-century stone home overlooking Lake Como is a dream come true. Breakfast on the terrace in the crisp morning breeze, lunch by the sparkling pool, dinner under the pergola while the sun sets over the mountains – you'll be able to make the most of those sensational views all day long. And trust us, they are definitely impressive, but we love the interior here, too. The Larian architectural style is unique to this area – features like arched doorways, brick ceilings and terracotta flooring are warm, cosy and characterful. Multiple living areas filled with antiques give guests plenty of space to spread out, while the kitchen has all the crockery and cookware you'll need to rustle up an Italian feast (there's also a wood oven and a barbecue outside fit for alfresco dining). Whether you're working at the desk or playing a game of pool, this feels like a real family home. 

When you fancy exploring, nearby Santa Maria Rezzonico is one of the most idyllic areas of the lake, with a small cove where you can swim in the blue water. Ten minutes by car is Menaggio – head there for delicious eateries, local shops and the ferry terminal – while picturesque Belaggio is forty minutes away. Whatever you get up to, this is the perfect spot for discovering Lake Como's treasures.

Set within the grounds of the owner’s home, this charming villa brings you the best of Italy. Comfortable for a family or group of friends, you’ll find everything needed for a relaxing stay here, but the icing on the cake for us is the outdoor space. Sun-kissed terraces, alfresco dining opportunities and views across Lake Como – what’s not to love? If you can tear yourself away, live like a local in ​​Tremezzo where pizzerias and authentic Italian food awaits. And of course, a trip out on Lake Como itself is a must – it’s the perfect place to soak up the scenery.
