You’ll immediately notice the ample natural light bathing the entire open-plan living space. Large windows and French doors leading out onto a private balcony make the interiors glimmer. Enjoy your morning coffee on this outdoor spot or perch here with a sundowner before discovering the local trattorias on your doorstep. The bedroom, meanwhile, is pared back and effortlessly stylish and offers a handy desk space for those needing to catch up on work. 

When you’re ready to explore your surroundings, make a beeline for the beautiful Villa Borghese and its manicured gardens (a thirteen-minute walk) or stroll twenty-two minutes to the iconic Trevi Fountain. You’re also just a four-minute walk from Porta Pia – designed by Michelangelo –  Villa Patrizi is ten minutes away on foot. 


Luce Verde

Bold pops of colour and contemporary furnishings come together in the open-plan living area which is given a dazzling shine thanks to the large windows and French doors opening out onto a private balcony. Start mornings here with a hot cup of coffee as you look out over your elegant Sallustiano neighbourhood or sip an evening spritz at sunset while watching the city's lights twinkle. 

The bedroom is a sophisticated space that’s been carefully curated with rest in mind, while the gleaming bathroom will get your day off on the right foot thanks to its luxurious rainfall shower. 

When it comes to sightseeing, head for Villa Borghese and its wonderfully manicured gardens (a thirteen-minute walk) or make a beeline for the Trevi Fountain (a twenty-two-minute walk). You’re also just four minutes away on foot from the Michelangelo-designed Porta Pia, while Villa Patrizi is a ten-minute stroll from your door. 

Mauve Melody

This home in Rome caught our attention for quite a few reasons. Though on the smaller side, it makes up for it with lots of charm and character. The private terrace, which features sun beds and a barbecue, is an idyllic suntrap to spend the warmer days. Inside is bijoux, with a fireplace and a compact kitchen. The living room sofa bed is a bonus if you're travelling with the little ones, and the desk for working on the move is a nice touch, too. That said, in such a lively part of Rome, you'll likely be pounding the pavement and discovering all the city has to offer. 

Painted Terrace

Situated a stone’s throw from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, this home puts the city’s ancient past right on your doorstep. Landmarks like the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain are also within walking distance, so seeing the sights couldn’t be easier. As for the apartment, it’s packed with character (see the timber beams and tiled floors), with the bonus of a balcony for coffee and cocktails. The kitchen comes in handy too, but you’ll probably spend most mealtimes sampling the local cuisine – from pizza and pasta to perfect gelato.

Elegant Shadow

Set in a gorgeous 20th-century building only a five-minute walk from the Piazza di Spagna, this home delivers on location in spades. You're surrounded by mouth-watering restaurants, traditional cafes and upscale shops, not to mention all the museums, landmarks (including The Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain) and galleries within walking distance. Spend an afternoon wandering Rome's cobbled streets before enjoying an aperitif at one of the trendy bars in this neighbourhood. When you've had your fun for the day, retreat home to this bright and roomy apartment. Inside, it's uncluttered and minimal, which only enhances the relaxing atmosphere. Our favourite spot is the long balcony, which is shaded from the Italian sun by a leafy trellis. Sit out there in the evenings with a glass of wine and admire the views before unwinding with a soak in the lush deep bathtub.

The Markus

This modern apartment boasts an excellent location in Rome – it’s just a two-minute walk from the Spanish Steps. You’ll be a short walk from many of the Eternal City’s main attractions, including Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese. There are also excellent shopping, dining out, and transport options practically on your doorstep. The apartment is contemporary and functional, with high ceilings and a convenient kitchen. At full occupancy, privacy is somewhat limited – two guests will sleep on a sofa bed on the open mezzanine above one of the bedrooms. 

Seconds from the Steps

This studio space in the centre of Rome is all about location. Situated just an eight-minute stroll away from Termini Station. Meaning you'll have the city of Rome and all of its history, culture and amenities at your fingertips.

Equipped with every home comforts you could need, this spot will serve you wonderfully as a sleek and modern base to return to after a day of exploring the city. Discover the sights on foot, knowing that you'll have this contemporary living space to take refuge in when your feet can no longer carry you. Catch your breath from the vast array of Roman sights with a film night in the living room – or a quick apperitivo, if you're keen to get back out to see the city by night come evening time. 

We particularly love the stunning parquet floors, the high vaulted ceilings and large mirrors found throughout the space – it's this attention to detail that sets the home's modern designs apart from the rest. 

With most of Rome's most iconic sites positioned within easy reach from here, arrive at the Colosseum and Roman Forum in just five minutes by metro or in twenty minutes on foot along Via Cavour. You'll also find your central address is well connected to other cultural hotspots such as Piazza del Popolo, The Spanish Steps and Saint Peter's Basilica – all of which you can access with ease by metro or bus.



A Pizza My Heart

You'd be hard-pressed to find a better location than this central Rome apartment. The must-sees of Via Veneto, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Villa Borghese are all just minutes away on foot. Set on the top floor of a historic building, your host has gone above and beyond to ensure you'll have everything you need to settle in. Expect designer details like Italian baths and artisan lamps, antique furniture, and original oil paintings. If you're a full house, it's worth noting that two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. Three guests will also share one of the bedrooms, featuring a king-sized bed and a single bed. While this won't suit everyone, we think it could work out great for sharing with family or close friends. 

Ancient Heart

Since 1869, the Campo de' Fiori has been a hub of market trading for fresh fruit, vegetables, and flowers. And by evening, this charming square becomes a hub of alfresco dining spots and wine bars. With that in mind, this studio apartment is pretty convenient, at less than a minute away. But if you want to keep busy rather than relaxing with a glass of chianti, you’ll find palaces, museums, and statues all around – such as the Museo di Scultura Antica Giovanni Barracco, two minutes away. However, we feel that this home is somewhat of a landmark itself. As you step inside, you can help but be taken aback by the striking timber ceiling. These thick, rustic beams ooze old-world Italy, transporting you back in time. But with modern twists from minimalist furniture and quirky artworks, there’s an elegant clash of eras which makes this studio feel unique. We love the luxe touches like the marble kitchen sink and bathroom, although your host can provide an even better VIP experience. After being picked up by your private driver from the airport, you might fancy taking up their offer of a wine tasting tour or ride on a classic Vespa.

Il Legname

Perfectly placed just moments from Piazza Navona, this apartment puts Rome’s most iconic sights within easy reach. One of its biggest draws is the private terrace – it’s one of the largest in the city, and a real rarity in this part of Rome – making it a standout spot for sun-soaked downtime. Inside, the space features wood-beamed ceilings and cool stone floors, accompanied by a contemporary kitchen and a cosy lounge. Two will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which may feel a little snug when full, but with the Pantheon, Campo de’ Fiori, and the Tiber all a short stroll away, it’s a brilliant base for soaking up the Eternal City.

The Roman Roof

Visiting Rome is always an excellent idea, and staying in this apartment makes a visit to the Eternal City all the better. It’s a convenient, practical base – you’ll have a kitchen to cook in, plenty of space to unwind, and desks in the bedrooms. At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the communal living space. There are two double bedrooms and a suite with its own living area, perfect for those seeking more privacy. The apartment is just a few minutes on foot from Villa Borghese, a dreamy spot for a morning stroll.
