With high ceilings, tonnes of space and beautiful floors (both stone and parquet), Centurion Rose eschews flamboyance for a more elegant, sober aesthetic. The flat isn’t particularly bright – Via Palermo outside is narrow, and has high buildings – but there’s enough light to get by, and the street is beautiful enough that we’ll forgive it.
