Just a few blocks from Roma Termini station, it's fair to say this home places you right in the heart of Rome. With the open-plan living space perfect for spending time together, we think the home is great for both families or a group of friends. Having two bathrooms is always a bonus, and the hot tub bath is sure to go down well with your guests. Be sure to pick the brains of your knowledgeable host, who is more than happy to share tips on where to check out as you explore. 

The Marcellus

It doesn’t get more central than this fuss-free apartment. You’ll be moments from the Spanish Steps, so close you can actually glimpse the monument's tower from the small Romeo and Juliet balcony. While it's not the most modern home, we think it works well for couples. Two guests will sleep on a sofa bed, while the others will kip on the mezzanine underneath the rustic beams. The kitchen is compact but well-appointed, though it’s best suited to antipasti rather than full meals. For those who want to spend most of their time sightseeing, it’s a good option.

Sweet Juliette

This cosy home is based in Rome, close to the famous Trevi fountain. Whether you're travelling for business or pleasure, this apartment makes the perfect home base for coming back to at the end of a busy day. Set yourself up at the dining table for some remote work, or cook up some tasty pasta dishes in the well-equipped kitchen.

Thanks to the central location of this home, you'll be close to plenty of cosy sidewalk cafes and stunning local restaurants for all your needs – if you're someone who likes to eat out, you've come to the right place. Cosy and compact, this apartment is an ideal base in Rome. Its location couldn’t be better, just a stone’s throw from the Trevi Fountain, and within walking distance of most of the city’s sights. There are countless restaurants and bars right on your doorstep, which is handy as the kitchenette is more suitable for preparing light bites – you can get your pasta fill nearby instead. The apartment is spread over two floors, with a quiet seating area on the second floor. If you’re hoping for more space and privacy, we’d recommend sticking to a guest count of two, so the sofa bed in the living room isn’t in use. 

Colourful Cello

Stretching across three levels with multiple terraces, this penthouse apartment sets the tone for an unforgettable stay in the Eternal City. You can admire the views from the rooftop and there are two Jacuzzis as well as exercise equipment. At full occupancy four guests will be sleeping on sofa beds, but this is a great option for groups and families in search of ease, comfort and a great location. From here, you can stroll to restaurants, bars and shops. Plus, you’ll find it’s just a short walk to major sights like Piazza Venezia, the Vittoriano and the Trevi Fountain. 

Fountain of Grace

Housed in a historic building with narrow backstreets and cobblestone pavements outside, this stylish apartment puts you in prime position to explore Rome with comfort and ease. You're a ten-minute stroll from the Trevi Fountain, with the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon and the Piazza Navona within easy walking distance. Trevi itself is a delightful neighbourhood teeming with baroque architecture, cafes, bars and family-run eateries. 

Back inside, you'll find a homey space with rustic beams and stylish parquet flooring. Make yourself at home in the wonderfully bright and open living space after a day of sightseeing. Kick back on the plush sofa with a glass of Italian wine or gather together for a homecooked meal at the wooden dining table. The bedrooms have been given an equally high-end touch with muted tones, and a marble en-suite bathroom to boot. It's modern a minimalist design that promises a restful night's sleep, so you're ready to hit up Rome's celebrated sights all over again.

In a quiet backstreet just off the legendary Via Vittorio Veneto, this apartment would make an excellent retreat for a couple visiting Rome. It’s an eight-minute walk to the Spanish Steps, and less than ten minutes on foot to the Trevi Fountain. The elegant decor of this studio apartment will certainly have you tossing three coins in the fountain, hoping to return. Exposed beams and stonework create a sense of the building’s history. The stylish kitchen area with its sleek breakfast bar illuminated by Edison bulbs is particularly spacious for a studio in central Rome. Although there’s no door between the bedroom area and living area, an archway and the generally large floorspace makes it feel like a one-bed rather than a studio.   



Visions of Amore

Nestled in the heart of Rome, you won't get much closer to the action than this apartment. The decor here isn't super exciting, and the kitchen is definitely on the smaller side, but it's a comfy base for exploring the city. If you're travelling with a larger group, there's the option of also renting the neighbouring apartments. Parking is tricky in such a central location, but the Republic metro and the central station are a short walk away, making it easy to get around.

The Roman House

The best thing about this city-centre home in a historic Roman building? It has to be its view of the Trevi fountain, the waters of which are, at the most, twenty metres away. While this is a tourist-trodden landmark, you'll certainly have pride of place when you stay in this traditional apartment.

Admirers of wonderfully kitsch decor will love this home, where ditsy patterned wallpaper and antique furniture take centre stage. You'll also find all the practical necessities in the well-outfitted kitchen and comfortable bedroom. After a long day of walking over the seven hills of Rome, this is the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy a good night's sleep.

You're well placed to visit the plethora of iconic monuments and landmarks in this historic capital. The Pantheon is just an eight-minute walk away, while you can reach the must-see Colosseum in twenty minutes on foot. You'll pass plenty of pastry shops and cafés en route to refuel.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of the building, so you’ll be able to admire a view of the city’s rooftops from the terrace. This loft apartment is warm and welcoming, with a chic, open layout. The bedroom is at mezzanine level above the living and dining space, so you’ll need to be able to manage the stairs to stay here.
