If you're looking to live like a local while discovering everything Olbia has to offer, this modern apartment might be just what you're after. Tucked away on a romantic side street, it features a private balcony perfect for people-watching, as well as all the bells and whistles you could wish for, including snorkelling gear, beach essentials, and multiple smart TVs. With a custom-made CREO kitchen, you're bound to feel some culinary inspiration wash over you. That being said, with so many authentic eateries within walking distance, the local restaurants may be hard to resist. 


Oceanic Jewel

This stylish apartment is the ideal base for exploring the stunning Italian coastline and the historic heart of Olbia. Located in the vibrant Viale Aldo Moro area, you’ll be just a short stroll from a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, and entertainment, along with a charming local market on Saturdays. The home makes the most of its compact space, blending comfort and convenience with modern design. After a day of exploring, unwind and enjoy a drink on your balcony as the sun sets.

Precious Dwelling

Catching a glimpse of the sea views from this apartment is love at first sight. This apartment sits just a few steps from the sea, and only 200 metres from Baia Caddinas, a gentle cove with fine white sand. As if that weren’t enough, you’ll also have access to two shared swimming pools, which look out to sea. The balcony is dreamy, and where you’ll likely spend most of your time, though the rest of the home is charming too. With two bathrooms, it’s plenty big enough for four. You'll need to pay for your linen unless you plan on bringing your own. 

The Sea's Edge

Perched along the coast near Golfo di Marinella, this apartment is an ideal base for small groups. The open-plan living area features a small kitchen and comfortable sofas, while the bedrooms vary in size and are suitable for families (just note that only two rooms have air conditioning). Outside, a sea-facing terrace is a perfect spot to wine and dine in the fresh air. The resort also features a shared swimming pool, open for use during the summer months, and a restaurant. When you're ready to explore, you're just 150 metres from the sea and 300 metres from the closest beach.

Marinella Mornings

Soak up the timeless charm of Sardinia from this home in the historic heart of Olbia. Outside, you can stroll to local restaurants, cafes and shops. You’ll find some of the island’s most beautiful beaches within easy driving distance, while the close proximity to the train station makes it easy to explore further afield. There’s a sweet welcome pack provided for your arrival – including a bottle of local wine. Plus, it's equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, family-friendly essentials and a sound system – setting the tone for a magical stay. 


The Heart of One

Cool and contemporary, this home offers a refreshing city sanctuary in the heart of Olbia. Upon arrival, you’ll be treated to a welcome box with local wine and produce. There’s a sound system and a coffee machine to help get your day started. At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed but this is a great option for families. If you’re travelling by car, your host can help arrange parking at a location nearby and there are great public transport links. Plus, it’s just a short stroll to shops, restaurants and bars, while the beach is just a short drive away. 


Ocean's Treasure

Located in the historic centre of Olbia, this apartment boasts sea views from the private terrace. You’re in the penthouse here – and there isn’t a lift – so you'll need to climb stairs to reach the home on the third floor. While that won’t suit everyone, we think it’s worth the trek for a view like that. The home centres around a sociable open-plan living area – which will also be the bedroom for guests five and six when the home is at full occupancy. Location-wise, you’re within walking distance of the vibrant old town, the seafront, shops, and restaurants, and a ten-minute drive from the nearest beaches.

Olbia's Crown Jewel

Close to boutiques, wine bars, and gelato shops, this one-bedroom apartment is handily located in the heart of historic Olbia. It also makes a great base for beach lovers who want to explore more of Sardinia’s north-east coast. Inside, the space is simple yet comfortable – and perhaps just a tad cosy when the sofa bed is set up in the living room. Our favourite feature is the terrace, perfect for soaking up a spot of sunshine or planning your day over morning coffee.

Purple Penthouse

Just 150 metres from the beach, this fuss-free apartment may veer towards traditional, but it's cosy, comfortable, and contains all the essentials for a relaxed getaway. Set on the first floor, there are stairs to climb here, but they'll be worth it once you see the view. The sea-facing terrace is our favourite spot – it's perfect for soaking up the coastal scenery with a glass of wine in hand. On the resort, you'll also find a shared swimming pool and an on-site restaurant for easy meals.

Shoreline Pearl

A magnificent villa with its own private beach – holidays don’t get better than that, do they? This home is something really special, with breath-taking views out to sea and a glorious terrace from which to enjoy them. For a holiday that feels like a dream, look no further. 

The villa is sunny and tranquil, with a soft colour palette that allows the view to take centre stage. The patio doors retract, merging the indoor and outdoor spaces to create that wonderful island feel. Enjoy breakfast while gazing out at the panoramic view of the bay, before taking your coffee out to one of the comfortable sofas on the terrace. Will you lie out in the sun all day, explore the area, or perhaps make the most of having your own little beach?

The fenced garden leads directly to a small sandy beach in a calm bay. The water is shallow and clear, so it’s like having your own private swimming pool. There are two stand-up paddleboards for you to use, which is a great way of exploring the coast a little further. There are plenty of beaches to explore aside from your own – why not drive seven minutes to Spiaggia dei Baracconi?

Rinse off the sand in the outdoor hot water shower, then start thinking about dinner. Maybe you’ll pop into town for some fresh seafood, or perhaps you’ll get to work in the outdoor kitchen? Fire up the barbecue for a family feast on the terrace. When the plates have been cleared, slip into the Jacuzzi to watch the sun go down. 


Daydreams

Behind the charming exterior of this Sardinian townhouse lies a sleek, contemporary interior – but although it may lack character, this home makes up for it in convenience. The fully-equipped kitchen allows for home-cooked meals while you're away (plus freshly-brewed espresso each morning), and you're just steps away from the centre of Olbia, where you'll find restaurants, bars, and shops galore. It's a short drive to the stunning beaches and coves of the Costa Smeralda – just don't forget to pack the beach towels and parasol.
