Set on an estate alongside two other villas, you’ll find an elegant home with plenty of space for all guests to spread out over three floors. Each bedroom enjoys an en-suite, providing privacy when needed, while outdoors you can gather together for alfresco dinners under the sun. Chianti Spirit

This beautiful 450-year-old villa boasts a majestic setting in Tuscany. Its Radda in Chianti location puts you within easy reach of vineyards and historic towns and villages, whether you plan on exploring by car, on foot, or by bike. You can look forward to breathtaking views of the rolling hills; the terrace is a splendid spot for sunset vistas, as is the private swimming pool. The villa has been expertly restored to blend old-world charm with modern luxury – think smart lighting and a state-of-the-art heating system alongside Carrera marble and traditional wooden beams. You won’t want to leave.

Savour the Tuscan Sunset

This grand stone villa looks the perfect part in a region known for its Renaissance history and castles. Located on a gentle hillside slope, this 16th century home sings of rural Tuscany. With its two floors connected by an external staircase, you can easily dip in and out of its beautiful beamed main room and bedrooms and into the gorgeous sunshine. Outside, a covered dining pergola, panoramic terrace, and raised pool garden offer views from every angle, celebrating country living amidst the home’s surrounding woodlands, olive trees, and endless rows of vines. Taste Tuscany's infamous Chianti grapes with an inclusive tour and guided tasting at the Castello d’Albola and explore the hills’ rustic trails and hidden paths on horseback. Discover the nearby ‘road of the castles’ and live out your own royally decadent stay at this home that’s a true feast for the senses.

Stonehill Vines

High up in the hills of Chianti sits this magnificent eighteenth-century residence, flanked by olive groves, rose gardens and lemon trees. The sublime archway structures harken back to the traditional Italian palazzo, and the interiors – prizing terracotta tiles and antique furniture – have a distinctly regal feel. With grounds that sprawl out over multiple hectares and rolling hills surrounding you, you’ll feel like royalty staying here. The dining room is prime for opulent banquets, while the arched patio and the poolside area will answer all of your relaxation needs. When the sun heats up, head down the terracotta steps for a cool swim under the Mediterranean sun. Even better, you’ll be surrounded by the lush vineyards and beautiful food of the Chianti region. What more could you want?

Chianti Classico

Everyone is welcome at this hillside villa. Outside, you can enjoy expansive views across olive groves and there’s a swimming pool for refreshing dips. Afternoons can be spent relaxing on the terrace or soaking up the sun on a lounger. Inside, the rooms are contemporary, fresh and family friendly. You’ll also find plenty of opportunities for wine and olive oil tasting in the region, while the main market towns of Chianti are all within easy driving distance. It’s also just a short drive to the lively village of Gaiole.

Tuscan Sunbeams

The ultimate Tuscan getaway starts at this villa in Radda. Boasting a private pool, a gym and wellness area, and scenic views of the surrounding vineyards, you'll have everything you need here to unwind in style. We love the mix of contemporary design and historic elements like vaulted ceilings and stone archways. Even more, we adore the complimentary extras, such as tastings in the wine cellar, welcome dinners, and a continental breakfast buffet. When you're not relaxing at home, why not spend the day exploring? Castello di Brolio, Siena, and other Tuscan gems are all within driving distance.

Stonehaven

This former defence watchtower dating back to the 10th century has been beautifully reimagined into a corker of a family home. Within the palatial grounds, there's a ping-pong table, pool table, table-football set, and a children's playground to keep little ones busy and a private secluded pool and sauna for some adult relaxation time. It's worth noting a river runs through the grounds, so if you're travelling with little ones, you'll need to keep a watchful eye on them at all times. Location-wise, you're just a short drive from the bustling Chianti towns of Gaoile (3km) and Radda (7km). Or plan a day trip to Siena – you'll be there in less than an hour.

I Dream of Chianti

This incredible eighteenth-century villa in the heart of Tuscany is a wonderful setting for a wedding or just a gathering of your nearest and dearest. With views out over the Tuscan hills, the spectacularly sited pool, waterlily-filled ponds and courtyards make it worth the stay alone. The gravelled terrace overlooking the undulating countryside can be set up for special events, and there’s a built-in barbecue for a more casual alfresco feast. Exploring the grounds, spread over a hectare, you'll find tennis courts, secluded terraces and woodland walks.

Step inside to find wooden beams, traditional shuttered windows, arched alcoves and soaring high ceilings, all of which were designed by the architect Massimiliano Soldani, who created the residence as his private home. The dining room can host the whole group, and several lounges and sitting rooms come adorned with bold modern artworks and chandeliers beneath the wooden ceilings. There are two kitchens to choose from, one in holiday-cheery canary yellow, with an old brick fireplace still ensconced in the wall.

You’re in the heart of the countryside here, with Arezzo and Siena within day-tripping distance. Those that like a walk will appreciate the hike up to Torre di Galatrona, which starts just beyond the villa’s boundary, or perhaps a day at the winery next door.

Eighteenth-Century Splendour

If you want to stay right in the middle of the Chianti countryside, this home is pretty idyllic. The garden is surrounded by picturesque Tuscan scenery, with plenty of seating for relaxing in the sun. There’s also a trampoline and play area to keep the kids busy while you lounge by the pool. The villa is spread over two floors, but don’t worry – there’s a lift if you’d rather skip the stairs. With two kitchens (one indoor, one outdoor), two living rooms, and an upstairs loggia with views of the hills, it's ideal for groups. Plus, a gym and a stocked wine cellar mean you might not even feel like leaving.

Chianti Hilltops

Nestled in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, this restored Tuscan farmhouse promises an idyllic escape. Sure, the traditional interiors may not be to everyone’s taste, but this home has all the key ingredients for a relaxing stay. And the cherry on the cake for us is the outdoor space. A private pool, hot tub, sun-drenched terraces and views for miles – what’s not to love? Location-wise, it’s a short 5km drive to Gaiole, where authentic Tuscan eateries and wine tasting await.

Tuscan Gaze

Set among vineyards and olive groves, this Chianti villa gives you that postcard-perfect Tuscany backdrop from the moment you arrive. The outdoor spaces centre around a courtyard and three terraces, with a barbecue and wood-burning oven for alfresco dinners. The heated infinity pool has an electronic safety cover, ideal if you're bringing the kids. Inside, wood beams, stone walls, and tiled floors nod to the home’s 400-year history. The dining area’s picture window frames the hills, and there’s a games room plus a small gym. There's also a separate annexe with two bedrooms and a sofa bed for two children. You’ll need a car, but Gaiole in Chianti is just ten minutes away for restaurants, wine bars, and shops.

Chianti Whispers

With resplendent views of rolling hills from the comfort of a shaded infinity pool, this tiered stone villa is a Tuscan gem. The home is comprised of two independent apartments, affording your group some extra privacy. This design quirk also means there are two kitchens and two living rooms to choose from, though only one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There are several stylish outdoor spaces for socialising, including sun-kissed dining terraces, smaller tables for morning espresso, and the truly stunning pool area with loungers and panoramic vistas for you to appreciate. You'll also be only 200 metres from a celebrated local restaurant, while idyllic Gaiole in Chianti is a five minute drive away.
