As you wake up in the master suite’s four-poster bed, you’ll feel well-rested – this home is in a peaceful location. Open up the curtains and take in the view of the rolling hills and over the vineyards. The villa can be found just outside of the village of Fabbrica, which you can walk to for a coffee in four minutes. From the garden, the view stretches all the way to Volterra – it’s thirty-four minutes away by car and is ideal for day trips. 

Outside, the large paved garden is perfect for dining alfresco, be it for breakfast or for catered dinners. If you’re anything like us, you’ll want to spend much of your day swimming in the salt-water pool or lazing in the sunshine. The pool area is glorious, with spectacular views and enough comfy sun loungers for everyone.

If you can bear to leave this secluded spot, venture to nearby Volterra. This walled mountaintop town is a honeypot for history buffs, exhibiting architectural relics from Etruscan, Roman and Medieval periods.
