Minutes away from East Hampton Village, this beautiful Sag Harbor home is ideal for sun worshippers and golfers alike. The Sag Harbor Golf Course is a stone's throw, and Havens Beach, among others, is reachable by car in minutes. Or you can make the most of sunshine days from home, where the private pool, ample seating, grill and wraparound balcony awaits. The third bedroom hosts four guests on two double beds, but the room is large and comfortable, and there's plenty of space throughout to stretch out. It's a home the whole family will enjoy as you experience the best of The Hamptons. 

Harbor Hymn 

Just a short walk from East Hampton’s beautiful beach, this contemporary home has everything you need for a relaxing break with the whole family. High ceilings and exposed wooden beams create a traditional feel, while the gourmet kitchen, stone fireplace and outdoor pool offer cosy spots to recharge after a stroll through town. There’s an air of luxury here too, thanks to the gym, home cinema and media room complete with ping pong table which will no doubt keep the kids entertained. If you’re staying for a while and need a place to go and do some work away from distractions, the dedicated office will be a great help. 

Cinematic Seascapes

Located between East Hampton and Sag Harbour village, this large home is tucked away. Well-equipped for families, this contemporary home offers indoor-outdoor living. The large decked terrace and barbecue make for perfect alfresco dining, while the private heated pool will be a hit with the kids. Just a short drive from the coast – you can spend a day by the ocean at Havens Beach or Sag Habor Bay. After a day on the beach, make use of the outdoor shower – ideal for washing off the salt and sand before getting cosy in front of the fireplace.

Understated on the outside yet luxurious on the inside, the home makes an ideal escape from reality that will have you feeling as though you've just stepped into a fairytale. Inside, high ceilings and skylights frame white and blue furnishings, while the bloom-filled backyard features mature plants, towering hydrangeas and high hedges around a large pool and alfresco dining area. It's private and protected and makes a beautiful spot to sip champagne while listening to the birds sing. Choose a book from the home library's extensive collection and sit out in the sunshine on the patio. Come sundown, there's no better place than to spend your evenings around the firepit or by the outdoor kitchen area over alfresco meals. Then, when you can bring yourself to leave this dreamy setting, you'll be just a short drive away from the white sandy beaches, seafood restaurants and designer boutiques where the Hamptonites get their retail fix.




The Artist’s Garden

The Mortar & Pestle takes its name quite literally from the mortar and pestle collection in the dining room, a detail that represents the character and charm of this home. The many indoor and outdoor social spaces cater to groups of friends and families who love home-cooked meals and value one another's company. Large family meals are best enjoyed on the shaded terrace where you can delight in the views of the lush surroundings. The highlight of this home is without a doubt the saltwater swimming pool. Get to know the area by spending days out at the beach, exploring local villages or taking a walk in the Cedar Point County Park.

The Mortar & Pestle

Although this house is only three miles from downtown East Hampton, you’ll feel like you’ve found your own secluded woodland retreat thanks to the tall, lush trees that surround this home with nature. The perfect setting for a slow-paced getaway, it’s easy to instantly feel relaxed in the contemporary, minimal interior with its abundance of light and mix of beach and mid-century vibes. The split-level layout and open-plan living area with a fireplace offer space to either spread out or get together for some quality time, and the private grounds are ideal for making the most of long summer days by the pool wine in hand or letting the kids burn off some energy on the huge lawn in the backyard. While the high-spec kitchen will be a delight for any budding chef, you might prefer to put your barbecue skills to the test out on the ground floor deck with an alfresco dining area overlooking the trees. On days when you feel like venturing out, it’s just a short stroll into Sag Harbor or to one of the area’s great local restaurants, and you’ll also be within easy access of the village’s beaches for memorable days stretched out on the miles of golden sand. 

The Glade

A haven of tranquillity, this serene home is perfect for recharging your batteries. Step inside and be soothed by the classic Hamptons style – think ample-sized living spaces designed for entertaining, calm colours inspired by the coast and oodles of windows flooding each room with natural light. It's the ideal family pad, especially with a lounge fit for kids (complete with a pool table) in the basement and a workout room (including a Peloton bike) that fitness buffs will appreciate. And there's no denying that there's plenty of space to spread out. Two main suites have parents and in-laws covered, the sunroom is an excellent spot to enjoy a cup of tea in the afternoons and the kitchen is a dream to cook in, with glossy tiles, high-end appliances and all the crockery you'll need.

Make your way outside and while away sunny days by the pool. Come evening, fire up the barbecue and tuck into an alfresco feast before gathering around the fire pit on the Adirondack chairs to watch the stars come out. The peaceful scenery is made even better by the excellent location. This home is tucked away on a tree-lined cul-de-sac that backs up to a nature preserve, with walking trails right on your doorstep. It's an easy seven-minute drive to the stores, restaurants and coffee shops in East Hampton, while Two Mile Hollow Beach and other stretches of sandy coastline are just eleven minutes away.

Summer Fridays

Just steps away from a private community beach, Borne Back was designed by its architect owner to provide a comfortable contemporary home in a perfectly quiet spot in the Hamptons. On a full acre plot next to Gardiner's Bay, it's surrounded by tall trees. Inside, it's modern, bright and relaxing, with subtle nods to its coastal location. Cook in the state-of-the-art kitchen, barbecue outside on the terrace or screen a movie on the home cinema setup. There's ample outdoor seating and a delightful, heated private pool to enjoy, and in the evenings, you could always treat your loved ones to a performance on the home's drumkit. We love the huge, sociable sofa in the living room and the first-floor sun terrace in particular but nothing beats the location of this place. A matter of metres from the beach and surrounded by quiet streets perfect for walks and bike rides, it's also within easy reach of several shops and restaurants.

Borne Back

Live your best East Hampton life at this light-filled, mid-century architectural gem, just a seven-minute drive from the beach.

With its private pool and hot tub, grassy lawns backed by juniper trees for post-pool games (table tennis, anyone?), and a sauna for a spot of rejuvenation, this place has got it all going on.

Luxurious styled throughout with a pared-back palette, pops of blues and driftwood subtly hint at the nearby sea. Beneath its soaring ceilings, the layout is made for easy socializing. Perch up at the huge island of the made-for-action kitchen while others flex their culinary muscles. Or spill out into the high-style lounge space around the wood burner – you can keep the conversation flowing easily, whenever you choose to be. 

But on long summer nights, it's outside around the vast teak dining table that we think you'll want to be. With the firepit aglow and the festoon lights twinkling around the poolside deck, it's a magical place to spend an evening. 

When you're looking to head off property, Sammy's Beach is just a seven-minute drive away – or eleven minutes if you hop on the home's ready and waiting bikes. And you're nearly equidistant from East Hampton (twelve-minute drive) and Bridgehampton (seventeen-minute drive) when it's time to soak up the artsier scene and meet the locals.

Hampton Set

Space abounds in this home nestled amongst the trees. With a large living space and a furnished basement, it's perfect for breaking off into small groups and means this home isn't just suited for the warmer months. However, it's certainly in its element during summer – its large pool is perfect for cooling off, and outdoor seating allows for atmospheric late-night drinks. You've got everything you need here for a long stay, while you'll find eateries, shops, and beaches nearby. And if you're feeling adventurous, speak with your host about renting a bike or kayak to explore the local area.

In a quiet part of the Northwest Woods area of East Hampton, the house is surrounded by trees which guarantees peace, quiet and privacy to enjoy your trip. We love the playful features of this home, such as the sheep and cow skin rugs, Phillips Hue colour changing lights and floating staircase. The large deck provides plenty of room to stretch out on a sun lounger and top up your tan, before diving into the swimming pool or under the outdoor shower to cool off. When you want to feel the sand between your toes, Sammy's beach is just a stroll away, and it is a short car ride to the iconic Ocean Beaches. You'll also find the quaint villages of Amagansset and Sag Harbor just a ten minute drive away.
