This charming Hamptons home is a great place for a family holiday or a large group of friends. The open floor plan, multiple living areas and formal dining room lend themselves perfectly to entertaining, while the fully-equipped kitchen, with a commercial-grade stove, is a chef's dream. Make the most of those sunny days in the well-kept garden, which boasts a pergola-covered deck, a fire pit, as well as a private pool. Take an exploratory bike tour down to nearby Cryder beach, while stopping off for a bite to eat in Southampton on the way back. 

The Portrait Painter

Located at the eastern edge of Southampton on Long Island's south shore, this modern townhouse is perfect for relaxing with family or friends after a day at the beach. Ideally positioned within 3-5 kilometres of Southampton’s boutique shops and restaurants – and less than a ten-minute walk to the ocean, it’s a great spot for a taste of seaside luxury. An indoor sauna and fitness room makes a useful addition to the lavish interior – and while the outside patio isn’t the largest of spaces, you can head to the communal pool to catch some Southampton rays.

Long Island Bliss

Situated in Southhampton, only fifteen minutes from the storied Art Village on foot, this renovated home provides an idyllic base for families. Here, you're perfectly positioned for exploring, a six-minute drive from the soft white sands of Cryder and Cooper's Beach and even closer to Southhampton's bustling centre.

At first glance, this home impresses with its lush surroundings. You'll find it tucked away behind a fringe of hedgerows pruned to perfection, promising privacy. A vast, verdant lawn cocoons its white facade and out back, a heated pool takes centre stage. Between adventures, spend your days cooling off in its sparkling waters or relaxing poolside in the Hamptons sun. 

Inside, spacious rooms boast high ceilings, heaps of natural light and, in true Hamptons style, a calming colour palette of neutral tones elevated by coastal-inspired accents. We especially love the open-plan kitchen-diner, kitted out with state-of-the-art appliances and offering access to a beautiful trellised patio. After a restful slumber in the lavish bedrooms, spend mornings roosted here, cradling a cup of coffee before heading to the beach. Come sunset, fire up the barbecue grill and regroup here for an alfresco feast.

Blueberry Dream

With its blue shutters and bright red door, it's easy to fall in love at first sight with this Southampton home. If you're still not convinced, take one step inside and you'll see what we mean. It's a charming mix of sophisticated cosiness, with a sprinkle of modern design and a touch of that classic Hamptons style to boot. The pops of jewel tones, array of artwork and collection of knick-knacks give it a homey vibe that we love. This feels like a place that you want to linger in – we can just imagine curling up in front of the marble fireplace with a engrossing book, hosting dinner parties in the kitchen and drinking cocktails on the expansive mahogany deck. When you're ready to venture out, hop on one of the provided bikes and make your way to Southampton village, a hub of restaurants, bars and shops that's only a ten-minute cycle away. And if you crave the feel of sand between your toes, Cooper's Beach is just a five-minute drive.

Shutterly Charming

Forget the trend for bare walls and sterile interiors – this home looked minimalism in the face and said "I'm not about that". The floral sofas, rich rugs, antique wooden furniture and chandeliers create a maximalist design that avoids verging into the chintzy, instead offering a traditional Hamptons haven that any family can make themselves at home in. Modern convenience isn’t sacrificed for the sake of traditionalism, with cable TV in several of the four bedrooms and even a home gym on the top level. However, between all your holiday adventures  – borrowing the home’s two bicycles for a trip to the nearby beaches, splashing about in the private outdoor pool, or grilling up dinner to enjoy on the patio  – we think you’ll struggle to fit in a workout. 


Little Sailboat

Radiating coastal luxury, this towering home with its streamlined kitchen, natural lighting and picture-perfect minimalist rooms stands on an acre of land in the affluent Hamptons. Location-wise, you're surrounded by art museums and trendy mom-and-pop shops, with the historic Shinnecock Hills Golf Club under five minutes away by car and Meschutt Beach not much further.  Not only is it well positioned with good looks, but the sleek terrace is also where you'll find a swimming pool and seating area overlooking the treeline and garden below.

The Little Sparrow

Nestled on a quiet street in the heart of Southampton, this charming home is an easy drive from nearby beaches and the town of Tuckahoe. While not ultra-modern like some of our other homes, the custom see-through fireplace is certainly a highlight and brings a cosy ambience to the living and dining rooms. All three bedrooms enjoy an ensuite bathroom, and the primary ensuite features French doors right to the backyard. The spacious garden is perfect for children to play and for adults to fire up the barbecue or catch a tan.

Home at the Seaside

Situated close to Southampton Village, this sophisticated home in the Hamptons boasts a fully-equipped gym, a home office, and even staff quarters. We love the chic interior, the well-tended gardens, and the heated saltwater swimming pool. The mature trees surrounding the estate provide enough privacy for guests to comfortably relax in the acre of green space available to them. Unwind in the tiled steam room, play a game of ping pong, sip drinks in the roofed cabana, or spend an afternoon exploring the local shops and beaches. While there's lots to do on foot in the area, we suggest a car for ease – there are many beaches, vineyards, and museums to visit.

Exist with the Sea

With its stately facade, cocooned by lush landscaped gardens, this home impresses from the outset. You'll find it in Southhampton, a thirty-minute stroll from the charming village centre, where a delightful cluster of boutiques, eateries and upscale real estate – cutting-edge and historic – orbit Main Street and Jobs Lane. Here, you're perfectly positioned to explore, just a ten-minute drive from miles of white sandy beaches and even closer to the famed Southhampton Golf Club. 

Inside, it's a timeless canvas of high ceilings, hardwood floors and heaps of natural light. Rooms are spacious and lavishly decorated, especially the bedrooms, all equipped with an en-suite bath and, in the master suite, a huge jetted soaking tub and a private balcony overlooking the beautiful back garden. Here, glass sliding doors unveil an expansive brick patio, fringed by lush foliage and brimming with amenities for soaking up the Hamptons sunshine.

Make the most of the shared tennis court and playground, a fabulous addition for the little ones, or frolic on the forty-six acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Come sunset, fire up the grill and gather on the patio for an alfresco feast.

Seasons Of Love

This dreamy home provides the ideal getaway from hectic city life. Located in the prestigious 'south of the highway' area of Southampton, it's perfect for family trips or vacations with friends. 

The open-plan layout of the house means you can float effortlessly between the living spaces, admiring the classic interiors with a maritime twist. Budding chefs will love the smart kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need to whip up some delicious dishes – or, you can fire up the barbeque for an alfresco feast. The swimming pool provides a wonderful escape from the heat, and the kids can have fun playing on the lawn while you stretch out on a sun lounger. And, if you're feeling competitive, organise a table tennis tournament to determine the best player in the group. 

The golden shoreline of Little Plains Beach is just a twelve-minute walk away, or you can hop on one of the bikes provided and whizz down there in no time at all. Golf fans will be happy to know that the nearest course is just a ten-minute drive away, and those that prefer horseback riding will find the local stables are even closer. And, make sure you wander into Southampton's town centre to visit some of the cute cafés and local restaurants – the walk only takes fifteen minutes. 

Coastal Chic

Given its many eclectic touches, you might feel as though you’ve tumbled down the rabbit hole and into this home in the Hamptons. The chequered floors, antique furniture, and a garden you could get lost in, are all sure to make a big impression, but this home also exemplifies the phrase, “it’s the little things”. Take the skylight in the bedroom as an example – imagine mornings spent penning ideas for a novel at the desk right under it. Or picture yourself claiming the breakfast nook with that book you’ve been dying to read, a cup of coffee in hand, whilst everyone else is still asleep. 

Plenty of memories are just waiting to be made outdoors. Play games in the pool, steep iced tea overnight to enjoy whilst you’re sunbathing, or really lean into the Alice in Wonderland theme and take tea in the sunroom.  

When you’re up for a bit of sightseeing, there is an art museum to be found, and Agawam Park is only a twenty-minute walk.
