Inside, you’ll find the open-plan living space makes the perfect setting for laid-back gatherings, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoying the quiet simplicity of the location. From here, the doors open up onto a private terrace. With outdoor seating and a barbecue, this is a wonderful spot to gaze at the views whilst savouring the magic of outdoor living. And when you’re in need of a refreshing dip, make your way to the shared swimming pool or wander down to the local beach. 

Days can be spent exploring Corsica’s glistening coastline. From charming towns and majestic forests to rugged mountain peaks and idyllic beaches, you’ll find endless opportunities for hiking, sightseeing and meditating on the spectacular beauty of nature. And for a taste of the island’s rich and immersive history, the city of Ajaccio is just a thirty-minute drive away. 

Maison Mer

Sea views, a flower-filled private garden, and plenty of spots to unwind or dine alfresco – this villa serves up a true slice of la dolce vita. There’s an open-air kitchen plus two more inside, should you fancy rustling up a feast. The bright, breezy bedrooms each have their own rustic charm; two open onto terraces, while the third is a private annex with its own kitchen and bathroom – ideal for families. You’re close to Cannigione’s shops and restaurants, but a car’s a must to explore the island fully. No pool? No problem. Who needs one when you’re just steps from the sea?

This villa has the feel of a sophisticated beach house. It’s sunny and bright, and it has a gorgeous garden with a private swimming pool. Best of all, it’s close to the golden sands and turquoise waters of Spiaggia Conca Verde, and faces La Maddalena Archipelago. Beautiful sea views can be admired from the covered terrace, and there are lots of cosy corners for romantic moments à deux. You won’t have free bedding or towels here, but your host has arranged for daily cleaning so you can focus on relaxing in the sunshine. 

Sweet Sardinia

With an advantageous hillside position giving way to panoramic views of Palombaggia Bay, this home is all about tranquillity. You'll find a private swimming pool and alfresco dining table all positioned towards the scenery. Personally, we like the little observation nook. Two chairs create the perfect opportunity for a romantic sunset moment. Though the interior doesn't quite hold a candle to the surroundings, it's still comfortable. There's also more than enough room for a family or group of friends. As for location, beach lovers can rejoice knowing they're only 800 meters from Palombaggia Beach. 

Bayview Bliss

If rest and relaxation are top priorities, look no further than this villa on Sardinia’s northwest coast. The place is unfussy but well-equipped and the separate bedroom and bathroom are ideal for those who’d like their own space. Just so you know, bed linen and towels aren’t included in the price and will need to be requested at the time of booking. Outside, there are plenty of spots to unwind in the sunshine and the private pool offers knockout views of the Mediterranean Sea. Location-wise, you’re a short drive from traditional restaurants and Li Cossi Beach.

Sardinia in Bloom

With direct path access to the Costa Smeralda’s crystal waters, this charming villa is unquestionably an idyllic retreat for a family or group of friends seeking coastal relaxation. Encompassed by luscious green lawns and breathtaking views across the Gulf of Obia, this home invites you to unwind in your picturesque surroundings. 

Inside, you'll find comforting home furnishings, colourful artworks, and a light-filled space that puts you at ease. Open up the french doors and flood the white space with a cooling sea breeze as you recline on the linen sofa with your new summer read. Walk just twenty metres down your private path to reach the dazzlingly clear water, where a spot of rock pooling might be in order, or if you seeking powdery sands, the beaches of Pellicano and Mare e Rocce are both within a ten-minute walk. Pittulongu is worth the seven-minute drive – enjoy its white bay scalloping the seafront, and indulge in the fresh seafood menu at Trattoria Rossi. 

If you’re seeking a restorative day at your villa, the cushioned seats under the pergola make for a perfect lounging spot. The outdoor dining table is the natural social setting for sharing a cold bottle of Vermentino di Gallura and a chargrilled Mediterranean dinner. When the plates have been cleared, settle into the garden chairs for panoramic sunset views. 

Paradise in Pittulongu

Sitting on a hill overlooking the beautiful coastline of Sardinia, this home is a hidden gem full of home comforts and with a sensational sense of outdoor living. The obvious highlight is, of course, that view – the azure water is visible from multiple corners of the home, a constant reminder that you’re in a paradisal spot next to the Tyrhennian Sea. While the bedrooms and kitchen can feel a little dated in parts, it’s all made up for with this incredible location, topped off by that brilliant vista.

Looking for a smart crash pad in Olbia’s bustling centre? This sea-facing home should do nicely. Granted, the interiors aren’t the most characterful, and there’s no kitchen or living space to speak of, but the private balcony is a nice touch for morning brews (and the coffee pod machine can help with those). Location-wise, you’ve got the best of this bustling port city at your feet. Grab a dose of sea air along the promenade right outside your door, and when thoughts turn to food, head to the old town’s restaurant-lined plaza for the freshest seafood imaginable. Fancy a beach day? There are miles of uncrowded sandy coves waiting just a short drive away.

Nestled in the hills of Monte Altura lies this beautiful villa, perfect for those who want to just get away from everything. A short drive will also take you right to the town of Palau – a charming town by the sea, steeped in history and peppered with fantastic local restaurants, shops and experiences to help you make memories that will surely last a lifetime.

The lush gardens are full of olive trees, myrtle bushes and prickly pears, with plenty of cosy corners for romantic moments away from the group. The interiors are a little rustic, but let's face it, you're not travelling to Sardinia to sit inside. The best part is the remarkable location on an exclusive peninsula that looks out over the Maddalena archipelago. Stroll to the beach in minutes, or better yet, head out by boat. 

Feels Like Paradise

Tucked into the foothills of the Sardinian mountains, this farmhouse estate feels blissfully remote – yet the white sands of Marinella Beach are just a six-kilometre drive away. Made up of two separate homes set 50 metres apart and sharing nearly two acres of gardens, it's prime for two families holidaying together. Each house has its own kitchen, dining, and living space, giving everyone space to spill out. But when it’s time to get together, the private pool is the perfect gathering spot to soak up those distant sea and mountain views. And don’t get us started on the vistas at sunset – that’s a memory made right there.

Flop down on the sofa and relax in the afternoons with a good glass of wine, slide open the balcony doors, instantly expanding your communal space. 

When it's time to head back out, we recommend a visit to the vast wine estates of Capitoro and Omasca, only twenty minutes away by car. Fill your evenings at the charming port city of Ajaccio, a half-hour drive away, enjoying excellent seafood restaurants and a couple of sundown cocktails along the sparkling harbour.
