The pretty fishing village of Marzamemi is just a five-minute drive away, and the beautiful Vendicari Nature Reserve is seven minutes away. Eat breakfast on the covered terrace, enjoying the view of the gardens and pool, and beyond to the sea. We’d follow this with a dip in the beautiful pool, or by wandering down to the beach. Our favourite beach, San Lorenzo, is a nineteen-minute walk, or you can nip there in two minutes in the car. Spend the afternoon in Marzamemi, where you can stroll along the cobbled streets and treat yourself to some fresh seafood for lunch – there’s no shortage of picture-perfect eateries along the attractive harbour. 

You have a tough decision to make in the evening – do you watch the sunset from the roof terrace or from the hot tub in the pool? Wherever you choose to enjoy it, make sure you do so with a glass of local wine. Absolute bliss.

Not only is this place closely nestled to a bunch of transport stops, you’re also just a short drive from the nearest beach. This home is comprised of two villas, making it ideal for large groups or a few families travelling together. The sandy beach is just a few steps away, so you can enjoy sea views from beside the private pool and the rooftop terrace. The pool even has a hydromassage feature in the corner, and there’s a Jacuzzi – this is a great home for relaxing. The baroque town of Noto is just a short drive away, so there's plenty to keep you enterained.

San Lorenzo has long had a reputation for its fine sandy beaches, and this home is in a prime position to make the most of them. Situated right in the heart of San Lorenzo's sandy stretch, you'll only have to walk 100m to get to the beautiful blue Meditteranean sea – making life much easier for families needing to keep the children entertained. Spend afternoons building sandcastles in the sun while waiting for the tide to come in and challenge your handy work. Then, head back to the villa to enjoy the home.
