Sitting on the outer edges of Palm Springs, this condo is relatively humble, especially when compared to a lot of the lavish addresses found in the local area. The design is minimalist and inoffensive, with white walls, wooden surfaces and a few pieces of artwork peppered about the walls – although we have to concede that the fireplace adds a degree of much-welcomed hygge.

Monochromatic and masculine, Neo-Noir does contemporary minimalism really well. Inside, it’s a mix of sleek surfaces, modern finishes (think matte-black metal and polished black marble), and the occasional mid-century modern touch (it’s still Palm Springs).
